Hello and welcome to the Colour Combo Blog Hop. Our colours this month are Melon Mambo, Bumblebee and Pool Party, such lovely bright cheerful colours. I have chosen to use the Floating and Fluttering stamp set to make my card. Please continue around the hop to see what inspiration the other demos have for us today.
To recreate the floating card, you will need:
Melon Mambo – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner Bumblebee – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – rounded upper left corner Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper left corner x 2 – one for the inside Whisper White 4” by 3”
Using the fabulous Blending Brushes, I added some Pool Party ink to one of the large Whisper White panels. I added some speckles using a stamp from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set using the same Pool Party ink. This adds some subtle texture to the image.

I stamped the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set in the corner using Melon Mambo ink. The panel was then added to the Bumblebee layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
