Rainbow Leaves Card – Stamping With Friends Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been making recently. The card I am sharing was made using the Artistic Leaves stamp set.

Colours used to make this card are:

 

To recreate rainbow leaves card, you will need:

Timid Tiger card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Early Espresso card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Basic White card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

 

I stamped the larger outline leaf, from the Artistic Leaves stamp set, all the way across the smaller Basic White panel with Early Espresso ink, like a row of footprints.

 

The smaller infill image was then added in this order – Poppy Parade, Strawberry Slush, Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, Granny Apple Green, Azure Afternoon, Summer Splash and Gorgeous Grape.

 

The sentiment was stamped in Early Espresso ink and the whole panel was glued to the Early Espresso layer.

 

A length of Early Espresso Twine was wrapped around the panel, secured on the back with Sellotape. The whole piece was then mounted onto the Timid Tiger card front.

 

A twine bow and a trio of 2025 – 2027 In Color Flat Pearls finished the card.
