A beautiful embossed, floral wedding card made using Stampin' Up! products

Blooming Wedding card

Here is a pretty blooming wedding card made for some friends, using the gorgeous Art In Bloom stamp set and die and the hybrid embossing folder.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the blooming wedding card, you will need:

Soft Sea Foam card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Calypso Coral card – 4½” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 4½” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic White card

I stamped the trio of tiny flowers in Soft Sea Foam in the upper left and lower right corners of the Soft Sea Foam card front.

Using the Scalloped Contour Dies I die cut a scalloped rectangle from the smaller panel of Basic White card. This rectangle was then run through the Greenery Embossing Folder.

I wrapped a length of White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon around the panel before gluing the embossed piece to the Calypso Coral layer. I used Dimensionals to mount the panel on the Soft Sea Foam card front.

I stamped the outline trio of flowers image in Calypso Coral ink onto scrap Basic White card. I added the infill colour in Petal Pink ink and die cut and embossed the flowers using the Bloom dies and the hybrid embossing folder. They are gorgeous. I only used the largest one for this project.

The leaf image was stamped in Garden Green ink onto scrap Basic White card. I used Soft Sea Foam ink on the infill stamp. They were also die cut using the Bloom Dies.

The flower was added to the card front on Dimensionals and the leaves tucked in around. I added a bow made from the same ribbon with a Mini Glue Dot.

The sentiment form the One Happy Family stamp set was stamped in Garden Green ink onto scrap Basic White card and added to the card front. A trio of Artistry Blooms Sequins completed the card.

I hope you like it, I think it is really pretty.

Masculine Striped card for the Colour Combo Blog Hop

May be an image of text that says "COASTAL CABANA REAL RED COLOUR COMBO Blog Hop BASIC .ASICGRAY GRAY"

Today, I am sharing a striking masculine striped card made using the Art in Bloom stamp set for the Colour Combo Blog Hop where the colours we have been given are:

To recreate the masculine striped card, you will need:

Basic Gray card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Real Red card – 5⅛” by 3⅜” – rounded upper left corner
Coastal Cabana card – 5” by 3¼ “- rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 4⅞” by 3⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner
Scrap Basic Gray and Basic White

I stamped the stripes in Real Red ink at the top of the smaller Basic White panel, the row of spots was added next in Basic Gray ink. The stripes were then stamped again in Coastal Cabana ink. This sequence of Real Red, Basic Gray and Coastal Cabana ink was continued down the length of the card panel.

I stamped the sentiment from the Heartfelt Wishes stamp set in Basic Gray ink on scrap Basic White card and punched it out using the Tailored Tag Punch. I punched the same shape from scrap Basic Gray card. This was cut from side to sided and glued to the top and bottom of the punched sentiment and added to the card front with liquid glue.
