A Halloween Wreath card made for the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop using the Cottage Wreaths stamp set by Stampin' Up!

Halloween Wreath for the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop where we are sharing Halloween themed projects. I have made a Halloween wreath card using the Cottage Wreaths stamp set.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Halloween wreath card, you will need:

Cajun Craze card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Pumpkin Pie card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

The leafy wreath was stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink onto the smaller panel of Basic White card.

I inked up the same image with Cajun Craze ink, rotated the stamp 45°and stamped over the top of the Pumpkin Pie image.

The twiggy image was then stamped over both previous layers in Early Espresso ink.

The spider was stamped in Early Espresso ink below the wreath. I drew in the connecting thread using a ruler and the Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker.

Using all three colours I stamped the word ‘BOO’ inside the wreath. A trio of Champagne Rhinestones completed the card.

Drinks Anyone? for the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop where we are sharing food and drink themed projects. I have used the new Brewed For You stamp set and co-ordinating Dies to make my drinks themed card.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the drinks card, you will need:

Crumb Cake card base – 8¼” by 5⅝” scored at 4⅛”
Crumb Cake card – 5½” by 3¾”
Very Vanilla card – 3¾” by 2”
Merry Merlot card – 3¾” by 1”
Very Vanilla card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Very Vanilla & Merry Merlot

I stamped the beer glass in Crumb Cake ink, randomly over the Crumb Cake panel and adhered it to the card base using Mini Glue Dots. I wanted to lift it a little to create a shadow but not enough to need Dimensionals.

The small panel of Very Vanilla card was run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. I added the strip of Merry Merlot card to the bottom of the embossed panel and glued it to the card front.

The beer glass was stamped in Soft Suede ink and the beer added in 2nd generation Crushed Curry ink. The wine glass and the tall soda glass were also stamped in Soft Suede ink. I added the wine in Merry Merlot ink and the soda in Soft Suede ink. They were die cut using the co-ordinating Brewed Dies. The foam on top of the beer was stamped in Soft Suede ink and die cut using the same dies.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sending Smiles stamp set in Versamark ink onto a scrap of Merry Merlot card, covered it with Gold Embossing Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool.

I used a Daffodil Delight Blends Pen to colour in a trio of Basic Pearls and added them to the card.

Please continue to hop around and share the inspiration provided by my fellow demos.
