A gorgeous bunch of flowers card made using the Jar of Flowers stamp set

Bunch of Flowers

Here is a bunch of flowers made using a sneak peak of a new stamp set called Jar of Flowers. We aren’t actually using the jar today but it is a sweet card none the less.

To recreate the Bunch of Flowers card you will need:

Rococo Rose card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Rococo Rose – 5½” by 3¾”
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Old Olive – 5¼” by 2⅞” – Rounded upper left corner
Whisper White – 5⅛” by 2¾” – Rounded upper left corner
So Saffron – ½” strip

The Rococo Rose panel was embossed using the Coastal Weave Embossing Folder and glued it to the Rococo Roe card front using Snail Adhesive.

I stamped the flowers in Basic Gray ink onto the small panel of Whisper White card and added the stems below using the same ink. I left about ¼” between the stems and flowers to allow for ribbon.

The bunch of flowers was coloured in using the following Blends Markers – Rococo Rose combo. So Saffron combo. Old Olive combo. Dark Purple Posy and Light Rich Razzelberry.

I used Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to add the stamped panel to the Old Olive layer and added it to the card front on Dimensionals. I tucked the strip of So Saffron in the upper left corner under the stamped layer.

The bow was made from Old Olive ribbon and attached to the card front with glue dots. The card was completed with a trio of Noble Rhinestones.

Thank you for joining me today for the Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop where our theme is Sale-a-Bration/Occasions. If you have hopped over from the lovely Cheryl Taylor, welcome – my name is Mo Rootes and I live near Cambridge in the UK. I love Sale-a-Bration, gorgeous free stuff and a great joining offer……..what’s not to love. I have chosen to use the gorgeous Lovely Lily Pad stamp set.

To recreate the Lovely Lily Pad card you will need:

Flirty Flamingo – 5¼” by 3½” – Rounded Lower Left corner
Whisper White – 5” by 3¼” – Rounded Lower Left corner
Whisper White – 5⅜ by 3⅝ – Rounded Lower Left corner for the inside
Blackberry Bliss – 4 ¼” by ¾”

Using the Lily Pad Dies I die cut the sweet border from both the Blackberry Bliss and Flirty Flamingo strips and adhered them together, slightly offset using the liquid adhesive. The decorative strip was adhered to the card front with liquid adhesive.
