The Dainty Delight stamp set by Stampin' Up! used to make a pretty delicate floral thank you card

Delicate Floral card

The Daisy Delight stamp set was on my desk today and I have used it to make a pretty, delicate floral card.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the delicate flowers card, you will need:

Crumb Cake card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic Black card – 5” by 3¼” – rounded upper left corner
Crumb Cake card – 4⅞” by 3⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner
Basic Black card – 2” by ½”

Using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I stamped the spray of delicate flowers onto the smaller panel of Crumb Cake card.

The sprizing of the panel was achieved using a Black Stamp ‘n Write Marker. The panel was then glued to the Basic Black layer which was mounted onto the Basic Black panel.

Using Versamark ink I stamped the sentiment from the Bunch of Thanks stamp set onto the strip of Basic Black card. I covered it with White Embossing Powder and Heat set it with a Heat Tool.

The strip of Basic Black card was then trimmed down and the end trimmed before it was adhered to the card front.

The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the small piece of Basic White card and punched it out with the Double Oval Punch. I also punched out the slightly larger Mint Macaron scalloped Oval. The two ovals were glued together and added to the card on Mini Glue Dots.
