The Hello Ladybug stamp set and Ladybug Builder Punch by Stampin' Up! used to make a pretty card

Pretty Ladybird on Olive Leaves card

Here is a pretty ladybird themed card made using the adorable Hello Ladybug stamp set and Ladybird Builder Punch.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the ladybird card, you will need:

Old Olive card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Daffodil Delight card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 2½” by 2½”
Basic Black card – 4” by ½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White & Basic Black card

Using Old Olive ink, I stamped the large leaf randomly across the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card. The stamped layer was then adhered to the Daffodil Delight card using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

The sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink onto the strip of Basic Black card, covered with White Embossing Powder and heat set. I flagged the end before adding the strip to the stamped panel and trimmed off the excess.

A 2¼” Circle was punched out using a circle punch. I stamped the trio of flowers randomly over the circle in 2nd generation Daffodil Delight ink.

I stamped the ladybird leaves in Daffodil Delight ink onto scrap Basic White card and punched them out using the Ladybug Builder Punch. I also punch the ladybird body from scrap Basic Black card. The 2 pieces were glued together and the ladybird was added to the stamped circle.
