Night of Flight card for the Ink, Stamp, Share Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink, Stamp, Share Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on recently. I had the gorgeous new Sunny Day dsp on my desk and teamed it with the Night of Flight stamp set and Everyday Details Dies to make pretty moth themed card.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the night of flight card, you will need:

Crumb Cake card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Sunny Days dsp – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 3¾” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White and Fresh Freesia

The panel of Sunny Days dsp was glued to the 5⅜” by 3⅝” panel of Basic White card. This piece was then glued to the Crumb Cake card front.

From scrap Basic White and Fresh Freesia card, Icut a couple of strips, width and length not important. I flagged one end of each piece and glued then to the  card front with the flagged end hanging over the dsp panel.

The moth from the Night of Flight stamp set was stamped in Memento Basic Black ink in the centre of the Basic White square. I die cut it using one of the circles from the Everyday Details Dies.

The sentiment, from the Stippled Roses stamp set, was stamped on scrap Basic White card in Fresh Freesia ink. I then trimmed it down with Scissors before adding it to the card front.
