A bridge fold card made for the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop using the Earthen Textures dies and the Painted Textures Embossing Folder by Stampin' Up!

Earthen Textures Bridge Fold card

Hello and welcome to the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop where we are sharing fun fold cards. I have chosen to make a bridge fold card using the lovely Earthen Textures stamp set and Dies.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the earthen textures bridge fold card, you will need:

Azure Afternoon card base – 8¼” by 5¾”
Azure Afternoon card – 5⅝” by 3⅛”
Basic White card – 5⅜” by 1⅜” x 2
Pecan Pie card – 6¼” by 1”
Basic White card – 5⅝” by 3⅛”
Scrap Basic White, Lemon Lime Twist, Pecan Pie & Distressed Gold

Using the Painted Textures Embossing Folder, I embossed the 5⅝” by 3⅛” piece of Azure Afternoon card and both 5⅜” by 1⅜” panels of Basic White card. These were glued to the Azure Afternoon card base using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

The panel of Pecan Pie card was embossed using the same folder. It was then added to the left panel of the card front with liquid adhesive. The left panel was then close over the central panel and the loose end of the Pecan Pie strip was adhered to the right hand panel forming the bridge.

I stamped the tall pot in Azure Afternoon ink onto scrap Basic White card and onto the same card stamped the smaller patterned pot. These were both die cut using the Earthen Textures Dies.

The smaller pot was die cut from scrap Lemon Lime Twist card. I stamped one of the branches from the Earthen Textures stamp set onto the die cut pot and used a Sponge Dauber to add some Lemon Lime Twist ink to the edges of the pot.

The fancy pot handles and 2 different leaves were die cut from Distressed Gold Paper. The pot handles were glued to the Lemon Lime Twist pot.

Extra leaves were die cut from scrap Lemon Lime Twist and Pecan Pie card.

Using liquid glue, I added the leaves to the back of the pots. The pots were then adhered to the bridge and side panels of the card.

The sentiment for the Love For You stamp set was stamped in Azure Afternoon ink onto scrap Basic White card, trimmed it out and added it to the card front.

Tossing Leaves for the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop where our theme is ‘harvest time’ and to me that means Autumn, I have chosen to use the Seasons of fun for my tossing leaves card.

Colours used in this project are:

Soft Succulent card – 5¾” by 4”
Misty Moonlight card – 3” by 3”
Basic White card – 3” by 3”
