Beautiful Floral card for the Ink & Inspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink & Inspirations Blog Hop where we are sharing projects themed around a picture/colour challenge. As the picture is floral themed, I couldn’t resist using the Textured Florals stamp set and dies to make my card.

Colours used in this beautiful floral card are:

To recreate the Beautiful fFloral card, you will need:

Daffodil Delight card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Garden Green card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic White card

The smaller panel of Basic White card was embossed using one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders. I glued it to the Garden Green panel. This was then added to the card front using the same liquid glue.

The leaves were stamped in Garden Green ink and the small flowers in Pool Party ink. The flowers and leaves were then die cut using the Textured Floral Dies. I used liquid glue to adhere the eaves to the large flowers before adding them to the card front on Dimensionals. The small Pool Party flowers were then tucked into place. I used a dotty stamp from the Beautiful Balloons stamp set and Berry Burst ink to add texture to the card front.
