A pretty floral card made using the Love For You stamp set and the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder

Love For You card

I have been playing with the pretty Love For You stamp set and co-ordinating Dies to make a pretty floral card.

Colours used in this project are:

To Recreate the love for you card, you will need:

Pool Party card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Orchid Oasis card – 5⅝” by 3⅞ “
Pool Party card – 5½” by 3¾ “
Basic White card – 4” by 3”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾“– for the inside
Scrap Basic White card

Using the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder, I embossed the panel of Pool Party card. I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the embossed panel to the Orchid Oasis layer and then to the Pool Party card base.

I stamped the flowers onto scrap Basic White card. The large flowers were stamped in Orchid Oasis and the flower centre s in Bermuda Bay ink. The smaller flowers were stamped in either Pool Party, Bermuda Bay and Orchid Oasis or in Fresh Freesia, Gorgeous rape and Pool Party ink. These were all die cut using the Love For You Dies.

The leaves were stamped in Granny Apple Green and die cut using the same set of Dies. The flowers and leaves were then added around the sentiment piece on Dimensionals or with liquid glue.

Blessing for the Ink. Stamp. Share. Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink, Stamp. Share blog Hop where we are showcasing a project we have been working on. I am sharing a card made using the Season’s Blessing stamp set and an unusual colour combination.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Blessing card, you will need:

Coastal Cabana card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded upper right and lower left corners
Misty Moonlight card – 5⅝” by 3⅞” – Rounded upper right and lower left corners
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – Rounded upper right and lower left corners x 2 – one for the inside
Basic White card – 4” by 2”
Scrap Basic White card

I began by embossing one of the larger Basic White panels using the gorgeous Timeworn Type Embossing Folder and my Stampin’ Cit & Emboss Machine. This embossed layer was then adhered to the Misty Moonlight panel and then to the Coastal Cabana card base with liquid glue.

Using the Tasteful Labels Dies I die cut a tag and stamped my sentiment on it with Misty Moonlight ink. This label was then added to the card front with Dimensionals.

The double leaf image was stamped twice in Misty Moonlight ink onto scrap Basic White card. The small and medium leaves were stamped in Coastal Cabana ink onto the scrap white card, again two of each leaf. The small flower was stamped in Poppy Parade ink onto the scrap. The whole lot were then die cut using the Seasonal Basket Dies.

I tucked the double leaves under the label and adhered them with liquid adhesive. The smaller Coastal Cabana leaves were added to the label with the same liquid glue. The larger leaves were then added on Dimensionals. I added the flowers using a combination of Dimensionals and liquid glue.

I added a Pool Party Sheer Ribbon to one side of the label, added some Artistry Blooms Sequins to the flower centres and around the label to complete the card.
