3 cards designed for my February 2024 classes using the Trusty Tools stamp set, Trusty Tools die and the Trusty Toolbox dsp by Stampin' Up!

Trusty Tools Classes

Today, I am sharing the cards I designed for my February Trusty Tools classes. Each of the ladies coming to classes were given a 6” by 6” pack of the Trusty Toolbox dsp to use when making the projects. I love giving dsp samples to my class attendees, especially if we use some of the paper in classes. Many of the ladies only craft when they come to class so I like to give them new techniques and things to try.

Colours in these cards are:

Pop-Up Front Panel card

This card was inspired by Mel Brown of Inspired Crafts

Thick Basic White card base – 10½” by 4” – scored at 5¾”, 6¾”, 8¾” & 9¾”
Thick Basic White – 5¾” by 2⅝” – scored at 4” & 5”
Copper Clay – 4” by 2½”
Trusty Toolbox dsp – 3¾” by 3½”
Trusty Toolbox dsp – 3¾” by 1¾”
Basic White – 3¼” by ¾”
Scarp Basic White – 4⅛” by 2¾”

We each choose the dsp patterns we wanted to use and cut them down to size. They were glued to the larger panel of Thick Basic White card. We folded on the score lines and added Tear & Tape to the 1” tab, folding it over to form the bottom of the card.
