The July-December Mini Catalogue Blog Hop using the Ringed With Nature stamp set, dies and hybrid embossing folder by Stampin' Up!

Ringed With Nature Get Well Soon card for the July – December Mini Catalogue

Hello and welcome to the July – December Mini Catalogue Blog Hop where we are sharing projects made using some of the gorgeous new catalogue product. I have used the Ringed With Nature stamp set for a pretty get well card.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the ringed with nature blog hop, you will need:

Crumb Cake card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Very Vanilla card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Crumb Cake card – 5” by 3 ¼”
Very Vanilla card – 6” by 4”
Very Vanilla card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾”
Scrap Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Crumb Cake & Soft Suede

Using the tree rings image, I stamped around the Crumb Cake card front using Crumb Cake ink.

www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – The Ringed With Nature stamp set and Tree Rings Dies and Hybrid Embossing Folder used for the July-December 2022 Mini Catalogue Blig Hop

I rubbed Crumb Cake ink onto the Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder, carefully added the largest of the Tree Rings Dies, easing it into place. The largest piece of Very Vanilla card was placed inside and the folder closed. I then ran it through the Cut & Emboss Machine. Love these hybrid embossing folders where you can cut and emboss all at the same time. I set the inked, embossed and die cut tree rings to one side.

Taking the smaller panel of Crumb Cake, I ran it through the Cut & Emboss Machine with the two odd starry shaped dies, I repeated this a couple of times more. This gives a pretty peep through effect. I added the Crumb Cake panel to the smaller Very Vanilla panel and added to the Crumb Cake card base.

I die cut, using the Tree Rings Dies, the leafy sprigs and acorn pieces from scrap Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Old Olive card. The flowers were stamped in So Saffron ink onto Very Vanilla card and die cut them with the Teacup Dies.

The sentiment, from the Ringed With Nature stamp set, was stamped in Versamark ink onto scarp Soft Suede card, covered it with Gold Embossing Powder and set it with my Heat Tool. I trimmed the sentiment down using Scissors.

The sentiment was stamped in Lovely Lipstick ink onto the strip of Whisper White which was then trimmed down and the ends flagged before being added to the card front with the liquid adhesive. A trio of faceted dots completed the card.

I hope you like the card.
