Row of Trees Card – Share It Sunday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Share It Sunday Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on recently. I have used the Blessed Beginnings stamp set to make a pretty, row of tree themed note card.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the row of trees card, you will need:

Lemon Lime Twist card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at on the long side at 4⅛”
Pecan Pie card – 5⅞” by 2⅞”
Basic White card – 5⅝” by 2¾”
Old Olive Two Tone card – 6” by ½”
Pecan Pie card – 1 ½” by ½”

I stamped a row of trees from the Blessed Beginnings stamp set across the Basic White panel measuring 5⅝” by 2¾” using Early Espresso ink.

The trees were coloured using the following Blends Pens – Lemon Lime Twist, Granny Apple Green and Old Olive. The trunks were coloured with the Pecan Pie Blends Pens. The decorated panel was then glued to the larger Pecan Pie layer.

Pop-up Petals Notecard – Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we are being inspired by a roll of the dice showing ‘In-colors, sponging, birthdays, staple and notecard vertical’. I have chosen to make my note card using the Pop-up Petals stamp set which will be available in my online store from November 2025.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the pop-up petals notecard, you will need:

Notecard – 5” by 7” scored at 3½”
Cloud Cover card – 4⅞” by 3⅜”
Basic White card – 4¼” by 3⅛”
Basic White card – 2¼” by ⅜”
Secret Sea card – 2¼” by ⅜”

The panel of Cloud Cover card was embossed using the Damask Designs Embossing Folder. A length of Black Baker’s Twine was wrapped around the embossed layer before the whole piece was adhered to the front of the notecard.

On the die cut label I stamped the vase in Strawberry Slush ink. The top of the vase was masked off using a Post It note, and the outline bunch of sunflowers stamped with Secret Sea ink. The mask was removed, and the infill petals were stamped with Darling Duckling ink. I added the flower centres using 2nd generation Secret Sea ink and coloured the leaves with Shy Shamrock Blends Pens.

A notecard wallet and 4 co-ordinating cards made using the Layered Thoughts stamp set used with the Unbounded Beauty designer series paper from Stampin' Up!

Unbounded Beauty Notecard Wallet – Stamping with Friends Blog Hop

Stamping with Friends Blog Hop – 1

Hello and welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop where we are showcasing notecard gift sets. I have used the lovely Unbounded Beauty designer series paper (dsp) and a new stamp set called Layered Thoughts stamp set, which will be available in the new Annual Catalogue next month to make my notecard and holder. I was inspired by this video on YouTube video by Julie Davison

Colours in this project are:

To recreate the notecard holder, you will need:

Unbounded Beauty dsp – 12” by 12” – scored at 1¾” and 5¾” then rotated 180° and score again at 1¾” & 5¾”. Rotate 90° and score at 2½” and 8¼”.

Fold and burnish on all the scorelines. Fold the two 1¾” side panels to the back so that the reverse of the paper is showing and fold down each corner. Fold the two centre scorelines inward to form the spine of the notecard wallet.

Fold the remaining two scorelines inward to form the top and the bottom of the wallet and tuck the larger panel under the folded down corner to form the wallet.
