A thank you card made using the Gallery Blooms and Coneflower Celebrations stamp sets with the Exposed Brick embossing folder from Stampin' Up!

Gallery Blooms card

I am sharing a thank you card today made using the gorgeous Gallery Blooms stamp set.

Colours used to make this card are:

I created the gallery blooms card using the following supplies:

Soft Sea Foam card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Basic Gray card – 5½” by 3¾”
Soft Sea Foam card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 3¼” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”

I cut the panel of Soft Sea Foam card on the diagonal and ran one half through my cut and emboss machine with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder. I glued the embossed piece to the layer of Basic Gray card leaving an ⅛” around the bottom and both sides and trimmed the top layer down to leave a ⅛” border.

I placed the embossed panel on the Soft Sea Foam card front and lightly drew a pencil line along the top. The floral image was then stamped twice along the pencil line which was then erased.

The whole panel was then mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.

Branching Out Thank You Card

Hello and welcome to the Stamping Dreams blog hop where we are sharing projects inspired by leaves. I have used the pretty Branching Out stamp set to make my card, I think pine needles count as leaves, don’t you?

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the branching out card, you will need:

Gray Granite card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Lost Lagoon card – 4¾” by 3½”
Basic White card – 4½” by 3¼”
Pecan Pie card – 1¼” by ½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

I stamped the trio of leaves in the upper left and lower right corners of the Gray Granite card front with Gray Granite ink.

Using the Branching Out Dies, I die cut a label from the panel of Lost Lagoon and a smaller label from the smaller panel of Basic White card.

On the white label, I stamped the larger branch with Gray Granite ink. The leaves were stamped with Lost Lagoon ink.

I added the small pinecones with Pecan Pie ink. The labels were then glued together and mounted onto the Gray Granite card base on Dimensionals.

The sentiment, from the Inspiring Imperfections stamp set, was stamped on the small piece of Pecan Pie card with Versamark ink. I covered the ink with White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool before being added to the card front.
