Glimmer & Shine Card – Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop where we are creating inspired by a sketch and the request to include some glimmer ‘n shine. I have made my card using the Sunshine & Tulips stamp set and Beautifully Celebrated dies.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the glimmer ‘n shine card, you will need:

Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Kintsugi Inspirations dsp – 5⅞” by 3½”
Silver Foil – 5⅞” by ⅜” x 2
Silver Foil – 3 ¼” by 2 ¾”
Basic White – 2 ½” by 2”
Scrap Basic White

The Strips of Silver Foil were adhered to either side of the Kintsugi Inspirations designer series paper.

A length of White Baker’s Twine was wrapped around the panel and secured on the back before the panel was glued to the Thick Basic White card front.

A slightly larger label was die cut from the piece of Silver Foil and the sentiment label was adhered to it. The label was added to the card front, straddling the twine on Dimensionals.
