Stay Warm Classes

The cards I am sharing today were designed for my October 2025 classes and feature the Stay Warm stamp set and some nontraditional Christmas colours.

Colours used to make these cards are:

Side Column Card

Strawberry Slush card – 5⅝” by 1½” x 2 – Emboss using Damask Designs Embossing Folder
Basic White card – 5⅝” by 3¾” – for the inside
Night of Navy card – 4¾” by 3½”
Basic White card – 3⅛” by 4⅛”
Basic White card – 1⅜” by ½”

Fold all the scorelines inwards and burnish. Add the embossed Strawberry Slush panels to the two wider folded panels of the column piece.

A Merry Hello

Today I am showcasing the Trimming the Town designer series paper (dsp) along with the A Merry Hello stamp set. This is one of the dsp packs in our current 15% sale and it is amazing.

To Recreate the A Merry Hello card you will need:

Thick Whisper White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored and folded at 4⅛”
Misty Moonlight – 3¾” by 2½”
Whisper White – 3½” by 2¼”
DSP – 5 ¾” by 4”
DSP – 4” by ½” strip
DSP – 5½” by ½” strip

Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive I glued the large piece of dsp to the Thick Whisper White card base. Using the same glue I added the 2 dsp strips to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the A Merry Hello stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and the bottom of the Whisper White panel. Stamping the sentiment first helps with placement when stamping the sweet little stockings.

Using the same black ink I stamped the trio of stockings twice across the panel. I found them really easy to line up.

I used the following Blends Markers to colour in the stockings – Poppy Parade, Old Olive and Misty Moonlight. Love these colours together, don’t you?
