Today I am sharing 2 cards inspired by projects we made at our recent team training event using the new Party Alphabet Dies and the Floral Impressions dsp. The original idea came from Alison Okamitsu.
Colours in these cards are:
Negative Space Card
Thick Basic White card – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Floral Impressions dsp – 5½” by 3¾”
Floral Impressions dsp – 3” by 2”
Floral Impressions dsp – 3” by 1¼”
Basic White card – 2” by 1”
I lined up the letters H and i on the larger panel of Floral Impressions dsp and die cut the letters out using the Party Alphabet Dies. The letters were set to one side to be used in my 2nd card.

The panel of dsp was then placed in position on the Thick Basic White card front. I used a pencil to mark the negative space where the letters had been. The dsp was then set to one side.

I placed the 2 remaining pieces of Floral Impressions dsp, side by side, covering the pencil marks and glued them into position.

The large panel of dsp was then added overtop on Dimensionals.
A bow made from Twine from my stash was added below the word with a Mini Glue Dot.

The sentiment, from the Ocean Friends stamp set (still available in my online store) was stamped in Misty Moonlight ink and die cut using the Textured Notes Dies. I die cut it twice to make the label shorter. I added it to the card front on Dimensionals.
A trio of Adhesive-backed Sequins completed the card.

From scrap Basic White card, I die cut 2 more H’s and 2 more i’s using the Party Alphabet Dies. These were then stacked one on top of the other and the letters die cut from the dsp added on top
