Greenhouse with Plants for the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where we are sharing a favourite suite. I have chosen to make a card featuring a greenhouse with plants using the gorgeous Garden Greenhouse suite.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the greenhouse with plants card, you will need:

Evening Evergreen card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Pool Party card – 4 ½” by 4”
Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – rounded upper left corner – x 2 – one for the inside
Scrap, Pool Party, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Garden Green, Polished Pink, Pale Papaya & Basic White

Using the Greenhouse Dies and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, I die cut the large solid inside the greenhouse piece from scrap Pool Party card. The framework for the greenhouse was die cut from Evening Evergreen card.

I squeezed a bit of Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive onto the corner of my Silicon Mat, picked it up with a sponge dauber and dabbed it all over the greenhouse frame. The frame was then adhered to the inner greenhouse piece. The whole piece was added to one of the Basic White card layers on Dimensionals.

I also die cut a variety of leaves and flowers from scrap Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Garden Green, Polished Pink and Pale Papaya card. The leaves were arranged around the greenhouse and the flowers added.

The sentiment was stamped in Evening Evergreen ink onto scrap Basic White card, trimmed down with Scissors and added on a dimensional to the panel. I tucked a couple of leafy sprigs underneath the sentiment.

I added the decorated panel to the Pool Party layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive and used the same glue to add the piece to the Evening Evergreen card base.

2021 – 2023 In Color Jewels were added to the centre of each flower to complete the card.

Please hop on to see what my fellow hoppers have to share today.
