Three cards made for my May 2026 classes using the Help Me Grow stamp set and co-ordinating dies and the Lovely Blossoms dsp from Stampin' Up!

Help Me Grow Classes

Today I am sharing the cards I designed for my May classes using the gorgeous Help Me Grow stamp set and co-ordinating dies.

Colours used to make these cards are:

Overlay Fun Fold Card

Thick Basic White card base – 5⅞”” by 5⅛ scored on the short-side at 4⅛”
Thick Basic White – 4⅛ by 3⅛”
Basic White – 3¼” by 3” – embossed using Lovely Stripes Folder
Lovely Blossoms dsp – 5¾” by ⅞”
Lovely Blossoms dsp – 4” by 1¼” x 2
Scrap Basic White, Calypso Coral, Old Olive, Gray Granite & Silver Foil

The three pieces of Lovely Blossoms dsp were glued to the Thick Basic White card base. The long thin one along the top flap and the two shorter, squatter ones on either side.

We glued the embossed piece to the 4⅛ by 3⅛” piece of Thick Basic White card with a small border around both sides and the bottom. It won’t reach the top of the panel, and this is intentional.

From the piece of Silver Foil, we die cut the trowel and adhered it to the handle. The tool was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.

Hello and welcome to the Share It Sunday Blog Hop where we are sharing projects we have been working on recently. This is a card made as a sample for my April classes using the Lovely Arrangements stamp set and dies.

Colours used to make this card are:

I created the lemon flower card using the following supplies:

Secret Sea card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Cloud Cover – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White – 5¼” by 3½”
Cloud Cover – 4” by 3”
Lemon Lolly – 3” by 2¾”
Basic White – 2⅞” by 2⅝”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Basic White

I embossed the 5¼” by 3½” piece of Basic White card using the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder and adhered the embossed panel to the slightly larger layer of Cloud Cover card. The whole piece was then glued to the Secret Sea card base.

A daisy patchwork themed thank you card made using the Lovely Blossoms designer series paper used with the Lovely Arrangements stamp set from Stampin' Up!

Daisy Patchwork Card – Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop where we are creating using embossing folders. I have used the pretty Lovely Blossoms dsp and the new Lazy Daisy Embossing Folder to make my card which was inspired by a Youtube video from Alisa Tilsner

Colours used to make this card are:

I created the daisy patchwork card using the following supplies:

Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Basic White – 4¾” by 3⅝” – finished dimensions
Secret Sea – 1” by 1” x 12
Lovely Blossom dsp – 1” by 1” x 12

I glued each of the 1” squares of designer series paper to the 1” squares of Secret Sea card, with a small border showing at the bottom and right side.

These were then arranged onto the Basic White panel, which was originally larger, in four rows of three.

www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – The Lovely Blossoms designer series paper used with the Lovely Arrangements stamp set to make a daisy patchwork thank you card

I hadn’t managed to get them straight or the borders even so started to trim down the top, bottom and both sides in an effort to make the layer even and straight. Inevitably, I kept cutting until there was no border left…………

At that point I ran the whole panel through the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Lazy Daisy Embossing Folder and hoped it would look OK. The panel was added to the card front on Dimensionals.
