A new home card made using the Trusty Tools stamp set combined with the Party Alphabet dies from Stampin' Up!

Trusty Tools New Home Card

Here is another new home card made using the letters left from the card I blogged about on the 27thJune 2025. I made this card using the Party Alphabet dies, the Trusty Toolbox stamp set and the Mediterranean Blooms dsp.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the trusty tools new home card, you will need:

Basic Beige card base – 7¾” by 7” scored at 3½”
Mediterranean Blooms dsp – 7¼” by 3”
Basic White card – 7½” by 3¼” for the inside
Scrap Basic White and Basic Beige card

I randomly stamped some of the tools, from the Trusty Tools stamp set in Basic Beige ink onto the Basic Beige card front.

Using the Party Alphabet Dies I die cut 3 each of the letter spelling HOME. These were then glued together one on top of the other and lastly, I added the letters die cut from the Mediterranean Blooms dsp. This gave each letter dimension.

From scrap Basic White card, I die cut a selection of small leafy sprigs using the Gallery Blooms Dies. These pieces were added to the backs of each letter. The letters were then glued to the card front.

The sentiment, from the More Wishes stamp set was stamped onto the card front in Night of Navy ink.

From scrap Basic I lined the letters spelling ‘HOME’ up on the 7¼” by 3” panel of Mediterranean Blooms dsp, taking care to get the letters straight and evenly spaced. I die cut them using the Party Alphabet Dies. I set the letters aside to use on another project as I was only using the negative die cut for my card.

Merry Christmas Stampers – Stampers Showcase Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop where our theme is ‘Merry Christmas Stampers’. I have chosen to use the More Wishes stamp set combined with the Sparkling Snowflakes stamp set.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the Merry Christmas card, you will need:

Sweet Sorbet card base – – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic Black card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 3½” by 1¾”
Basic Black card – 3¾” by ⅜” x 2
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”

Using a T square ruler, I marked off a strip 1¾” wide near the top of the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card using a pencil. This would act as a guide when I began stamping.
