Hello and welcome to the Stamping Dreams Blog Hop where we are sharing Easter themed projects. I have used the Pretty Petals stamp set to make my card.
To recreate the pretty petals Easter card, you will need:
Calypso Coral card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” Garden Green card – 5” by 3¾” Basic White card – 4½” by 3½” Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” Scrap Basic White card
I randomly stamped the group of flowers image all over the Calypso Coral card front using Calypso Coral ink.

Using the Everyday Arches Dies I die cut an arch from the 4½” by 3½” panel of Basic White card and a larger arch from the panel of Garden Green card. A length of Iridescent Striped Ribbon was wrapped around the Garden Green arch and secured on the back with Sellotape.

Garden Green ink was used to stamp the leafy spray onto the white arch. The group of flowers were stamped onto scrap Basic White card in Calypso Coral ink. I die cut these using the Pretty Petals Dies.

The die cut flowers were added to the arch with either, Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive or Dimensionals. The white arch was then adhered to the Garden Green arch and glued to the Calypso Coral card front.

The sentiment was from the Throughout the Year stamp set. In fact, I used the EASTER from the happy Easter stamp and the HAPPY from the happy holidays stamp – I liked the font …….. what can I say. They were stamped in Garden Green and fussy cut before being added to the card front.

A ribbon bow and a trio of Earth Tones Shimmer Gems completed the card.

To recreate the purple petals card, you will need:
Crumb Cake card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” Gorgeous Grape card – 5⅞” by ⅜” Perennial Lavender dsp – 5⅞” by 2” Perennial Lavender dsp – 5⅞” by 1½” Basic White card – 3½” by 3” Basic White card – 2¼” by 1½” Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside Scrap Basic White card
I glued the long strip of Gorgeous Grape card to the left-side of the wider panel of Perennial Lavender dsp before gluing it to the Crumb Cake card front. The second piece of dsp was added overlapping the first.

From the 3½” by 3” piece of Basic White card I die cut a label using the Nested Essentials Dies. The leafy spray was stamped in Crumb Cake ink onto the die cut label and glued the label to the card front.

The cluster of flowers were stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink onto scrap Basic White card. These were die cut using the Pretty Petals Dies. I added them to the card front using either Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive or Mini Dimensionals.

Using the same Nested Essentials Dies, I die cut a small label from the 2¼” by 1½” piece of Basic White card. The sentiment, from the Ocean Friends stamp set was stamped onto the label in Gorgeous Grape ink before adding it to the card front.

To recreate the pretty petals thank you card, you will need:
Peach Pie card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” Granny Apple Green card – 4⅛” by 2⅞” Basic White card – 4½” by 3¼” Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside Scrap Basic White card
I stamped the cluster of flowers image in the upper left and lower right corners of the Peach Pie card front using Peach Pie ink.

From the 4½” by 3¼” piece of Basic White card I die cut a label using the Perennial Postage Dies. I wanted it smaller to die cut the die cut piece again taking about ⅜” off the left-side and the bottom.

The leafy spray was stamped in Granny Apple Green ink onto the die cut label and added the flowers in Peach Pie ink. The decorated label was then adhered to the Granny Apple Green layer and a length of Linen Thread was wrapped around the top of the panel, the ends secured on the back with Sellotape. The whole piec was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

The same dies were used to die cut a label from scrap Basic White card and on this I stamped the sentiment, from the Heart Shaped stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink. I added it to the card front.

To recreate the pretty petals, get well card, you will need:
Pool Party card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” Old Olive card – 5⅜” by 3⅝” Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” Floral & Gingham Vellum – 3½” by 2” Old Olive card – 3½” by ⅛” Basic White card – 4½” by 2¾” Old Olive card – 1½” by ½” Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside Scrap Basic White card
The piece of vellum was adhered to the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card and the thin Old Olive strip added to the top. The panel was glued to the Pool Party card front.

Using the Countryside Corner Dies, I die cut a label from the 4½” by 2¾” panel of Basic White card.

The leafy spray was stamped on the label in Old Olive ink. I love the way this distINKtive stamp gives so much texture to the image.

I stamped the flowers in Daffodil Delight ink onto scrap Basic White card. The flowers were then die cut using the Pretty Petals Dies. The flowers were then added to the label using either Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive or Mini Glue Dots. The decorated label was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment, from the Hot Air Balloon stamp set was stamped in Versamark ink onto the small piece of Old Olive card. I covered it with White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I glued it tucked under the raised label.

Berry Burst card – 8¼” by 5¾” – scored on the long side at 2”, 4”, 6” & 8” Fresh Freesia – 5½” by 1¾” x 4 Basic White – 4½” by 3” – die cut a label using the Countryside Corner Dies for the front Basic White – 4” by 2¼” – die cut a label using the Countryside Corner Dies for the back Basic White – 3½” by 3” – for stamping and die cutting Basic White – 1” by ½” – scored at ½” on the long side x 6 – 4 for the front & 2 for the back
Place the 4 strips of Fresh Freesia card side by side and butted up against each other. Hold down with a little temporary adhesive if needed. Use Fresh Freesia ink to stamp the floral image across all 4 pieces overlapping the panels. Keep the panels in order so that the design flows. Adhere the stamped layers to the 2” panels of the Berry Burst card, leaving a border.

Fold and burnish on all the scorelines. Add glue to the ¼” tab and close the column.

Stamp the sentiment, from the Heart Shaped stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink at the bottom of the larger die cut label. Add the leafy spray above using the same ink. Fold 4 of the 1” by ½” pieces of Basic White card. Glue 2 of these tabs on either side of the centre scoreline with the fold facing the scoreline. Add 2 more opposite the 2 already in position on the other side of the scoreline. Add glue to the top flaps of these tabs and place the stamped label on top. Hold in place until the glue has bonded.

On the remaining piece of Basic White card stamp the group of flowers in Berry Burst ink. Die cut the flowers and add them to the die cut label with glue or Mini Dimensionals.

Stamp the small leafy sprig in Mossy Meadow ink onto the smaller die cut label, add the flowers with Berry Burst ink and add the label to the back of the card using the remaining 2 tabs.

A trio of Basic Rhinestones finished the card.
Speedy Recovery Card
Fresh Freesia card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” Fresh Freesia – 5½” by 3¾” Basic White – 4” by 2¼”- die cut a label using the Nested Essentials dies Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside Scrap Basic White
The panel of Fresh Freesia card was embossed using the Perfectly Plaid 3D Embossing Folder and glued to the Fresh Freesia card base.

The sentiment, from the Sweetly Scripted stamp set (retired) was stamped across the label in Mossy Meadow ink and it was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

Onto the scrap Basic White card, we stamped the group of flowers in Berry Burst ink. A selection of the small leaves were stamped in Soft Sea Foam and Mossy Meadow ink onto the same scrap card and everything was die cut out.

The flowers and leaves were then placed on or tucked under the raised label and secured in place with glue or Mini Dimensionals. A trio of Basic Rhinestones finished the card.
Birthday card
Soft Sea Foam card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” Soft Sea – 5½” by 3¾” Berry Burst – 3⅞” by 2¾” Basic White – 3¾” by 2⅝” Basic White – 2½” by 1” Basic White – 5½” by 3¾”
The panel of Soft Sea Foam card was embossed using the Perfectly Plaid 3D Embossing Folder, a length of Silver Edged Berry Burst Ribbon (retired) was wrapped around the panel before it was glued to the Soft Sea Foam card base.

The leafy spray was inked up using Soft Sea Foam ink and I added Mossy Meadow ink to the bases of the leaves using a Sponge Dauber. I stamped the image onto the 3¾” by 2⅝” piece of Basic White card.
We inked the group of flowers with Fresh Freesia ink and added Berry Burst ink to the base of the petals using a Sponge Dauber. The flowers were then stamped into the spaces of the leafy image. The stamped panel was then glued to the Berry Burst layer.

The sentiment, from the Country Birdhouse stamp set was stamped at the bottom of the 2½” by 1” piece of Basic White card. The top of the strip was then glued to the back of the Berry Burst card and the whole piece added to the card front on Dimensionals. A trio of Basic Rhinestones finished the card.

I have been playing with the new Pretty Petals stamp set and Dies which will be available from the 7th January from my online store. I have used it to make a pretty floral birthday card.
To recreate the pretty petals fun fold card, you will need:
Mossy Meadow card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” Fresh Freesia card – 4” by 1⅞” Berry Burst card – 4½” by 3¼” Basic White card – 4¼” by 3” Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside Scrap Basic White card
Using my paper trimmer, I cut across the card front to the scoreline 2” from the bottom. I then cut down the central scoreline leaving the 2” flap at the bottom.

The panel of Fresh Freesia card was embossed using the Perfectly Plaid 3D Embossing Folder and glued to the front flap of the Mossy Meadow card base.

Using the retiring Deckled Rectangle I die cut a rectangle from the 4¼” by 3” piece of Basic White card and a slightly larger deckled rectangle from the panel of Berry Burst card.

The leafy spray was stamped on the Basic White rectangle using Mossy Meadow ink and the 2 rectangles were then adhered together. The rectangular panel was then added to the bottom flap of the card front.

I inked the group of flowers with Fresh Freesia ink and added Berry Burst ink to the base of the petals using a Sponge Dauber. The flowers were then stamped scrap Basic White card. These were then die cut using the Pretty Petals Dies. The flowers were the added to the card front with liquid glue or Mini Dimensionals.
