Scenic Adventures Classes

Today I am sharing the cards made for my September 2025 classes using the Scenic Adventures stamp set and dies. For my September classes I always try to sneak in a Christmas card design – some of my ladies think this is too early!

Three Christmas cards made for my November 2024 classes using the Reindeer Fun stamp set and dies and the Reindeer Days designer series paper from Stampin' Up!

Reindeer Fun Cards – November 2024 Classes

Today I am sharing the three Christmas cards designed for my November 2024 classes using the gorgeous Reindeer Fun stamp set and dies.

Colours used in these cards are:

Reindeer Fun Fold card

Real Red card – 8¾” by 4⅛”– scored at 5⅞” and cut from the scoreline at 1¼” at both sides
Basic White – 1⅛” by 4” x 2
Reindeer Days dsp – 1” by 3⅞”
Basic White – 4” by 3¼” x 2
Pool Party – die cut circle – Spotlight on Nature
Scrap Very Vanilla, Real Red, Pecan Pie, Garden Green & Early Espresso

Glue the strips of Reindeer Days dsp to the 1⅛” by 4” strips of Basic White card. These panels can then be adhered to the thin flaps on either side of the card front. The flaps were then glued to the inside of the card.

The three pieces needed to build the deer’s head were die cut from scrap Very Vanilla, Pecan Pie and Early Espresso card. We adhered die cut pieces together and added a die cut Garden Green wreath and a Real Red bow. The whole head was then glued to the raised circle.

Deer’s Head card

Garden Green card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Pool Party – 5½” by 3¾”
Reindeer Days dsp – 4” by 1”
Basic White – die cut circle – Spotlight on Nature
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Very Vanilla, Pecan Pie, Garden Green & Early Espresso

The sentiment was stamped in Garden Green ink in the lower right corner of the Pool Party panel. We then used a T ruler to draw a pencil line about 1½”up from the bottom of the panel.

The sweet Christmas tree was stamped across the Pool Party panel using Pool Party ink. It worked best if the base of the tree was below the pencil line and the canopy of the tree above the line.

The strip of Reindeer Days dsp was added to the right side of the panel covering the pencil line. We added the die cut white circle to cover the end of the dsp. The circle was deliberately left overhanging the side of the panel, and the overhanging piece was trimmed off.
