Baby Treasures – I have lovely friends who are about to be grandparents, one for the first time (a boy) and the other for the fourth (a girl) so I made two adorable baby cards using the Treasures of Life stamp set.
To recreate the baby treasures cards you will need:
Boy
Balmy Blue card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded lower left corner
Just Jade – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White – 5 ¼” by 3⅝” – rounded lower left corner
Basic White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded lower left corner – for the inside
Girl
Rococo Rose card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded lower right corner
Mango Melody – 5 ½”” by 3⅝” – rounded lower right corner
Basic White – 5” by ⅜” – rounded lower right corner
Basic White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded lower right corner – for the inside
I wanted a really dark image so I used my Stamparatus to stamp both images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I stamped the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set below each image in Just Jade for the baby boy card and Rococo Rose for the baby girl card. I love the simplicity of the font.

I used Blends Markers to colour each image – Balmy Blue, Just Jade, Gray Granite and Ivory for the baby boy and Rococo Rose, Mango Melody, Gray Granite and Ivory for the baby girl.

I added a little heart from the Meant To Be stamp set to each card front to complete the cards,
