A lovely masculine card made using the Whiskey Business stamp set and In Good Taste dsp

Toast to your new house

Today I am sharing a lovely ‘toast to your new home’ card I made for my son who got the keys for his new house a couple of days ago, so exciting. I used the Whiskey Business stamp set to make the card,

To recreate the toast to your new home card, you will need:

Early Espresso – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded Upper Left corner
In Good Taste dsp – 5½” by 3¾” – Rounded Upper Left corner
Mango Melody – 4¾” by 3” – Rounded Upper Left corner
Whisper White – 4⅝” by 2⅞” – Rounded Upper Left corner
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded Upper Left corner – for the inside
Scrap Whisper White

I glued the piece of In Good Taste dsp to the Early Espresso card base using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

Using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I stamped the whiskey decanter onto the smaller panel of Whisper White. Using the same ink, I stamped a glass onto scrap Whisper White and cut it out using Scissors.

I used the following Blends Markers to colour in the images. Mango Melody and Cinnamon Cider for the whiskey, Balmy Blue for the glass and Crumb Cake to ground the images.

The coloured panel was added to the Mango Melody panel using the same liquid glue. The glass was added with a Dimensional.

I couldn’t find a sentiment a liked and ended up using my label maker to write my message.

To complete the card, I added a trio of Holiday Rhinestones.

I hope my son likes his card.

From Our House To Yours stamp set by Stampin' Up! used to made a sweet New Home card

New Home From Our House To Yours

Here is a cute new home card made using the From Our House To Yours stamp set and rainbow colours.

To recreate the New Home card you will need:

Granny Apple Green card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” for the inside
Whisper White – 4⅛” by 3”
Noble Peacock Foil – 4⅛” by ½” x 2

I stamped the tree randomly across the front of the Granny Apple Green card base using Granny Apple Green ink, just to add a little texture.

I drew a pencil line about 1” up from the bottom of the smaller Whisper White panel and stamped the houses and trees. From left to right the colours used are Grapefruit Grove, Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, Melon Mambo, Blueberry Bushel, Pineapple Punch, Gorgeous Grape and the stars were stamped in Pool Party.

I used the fabulous Make a Difference to stamp the sentiment in Basic Gray ink.

Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive I added Noble Peacock Foil strips to the top and bottom of the stamped panel and added the layer to the card front on Dimensionals.

I added a trio of Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots to complete the card. I hope you like it.

Grandma’s House

Here is a sweet new home card made using the Grandma’s House stamp set and some lovely subtle colours.

To recreate the Grandma’s House New Home card you will need:

Purple Posy card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded lower right corner
Mint Macaron 4” by 2⅝”
Whisper White 3 ¾” by 2 ½”
Whisper White 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded lower right corner

The quirky image of the house and trees was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the smaller Whisper White panel and die cut using the Rectangle Stitched dies. The image was coloured in using the following Blends Markers – Mint Macaron combo, Purple Posy combo, Granny Apple Green combo, Crumb cake combo and dark Poppy Parade.

The sentiment which came from my stash was stamped in mint Macaron ink. The die cut panel was mounted on the Mint Macaron panel with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I wrapped a length of Mint Macaron ribbon aound the panel securing it on the back with Sellotape.

The whole panel was added to the Purple Posy card base with Dimensionals. I added a bow in the same ribbon using a Mini Glue Dot.

The Basic Pearls were coloured using the dark Mint Macaron Blend Marker and added to the card front.

Grandma’s New Home

Today I am sharing a sweet new home card made using the quirky Grandma’s House stamp set and some lovely bright colours.

To recreate the new home card you will need:

Granny Apple Green card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper right corner
Highland Heather – 4⅝” by 2⅜” – rounded upper right corner
Whisper White – 4½” by 2¼” – rounded upper right corner
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper right corner
Scrap of Whisper White

I stamped the sweet house with trees twice onto the small panel of Whisper White cardstock.

The images were coloured in using the following Blends Markers – Highland Heather combo, Seaside Spray combo, Granny Apple Green combo, Crumb Cake combo, Flirty Flamingo combo and the dark Poppy Parade. Love these colours together.

I mounted the stamped panel onto the Highland Heather layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

The sweet flower image was stamped in the left upper corner and the right lower corner in Granny Apple Green ink onto the Granny Apple Green card front. The stamped layer was added to the card front on Dimensionals. The sentiment came from my stash and was stamped in Mint Macaron ink.

I added a trio of Woven Thread Sequins to complete the card.
