A card made for the Stamping Inkspirations Tic Tac Toe Challenge using the Autumn Leaves stamp set and dies by Stampin' Up!

Autumn Leaves card for a Tic Tac Toe Challenge

Hello and welcome to the Stamping Inkspirations blog hop where we are sharing projects inspired by a Tic Tac Toe board. I have chosen the diagonal line featuring ribbon, leaves and yellow and chose to make an Autumn Leaves card.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Autumn leaves card, you will need:

Crushed Curry card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Early Espresso card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Very Vanilla card – 5¼” by 3½”
Very Vanilla card – 2¼” by 2”
Very Vanilla card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Very Vanilla card

Using Early Espresso ink, I stamped the veins from the double leaves all along the Natural Ribbon and set it aside to dry. You do need a well inked pad to get a good image.

The 5¼” by 3½” piece of Very Vanilla card was glued to the Early Espresso layer. I wrapped the ribbon around the panel and secured it on the back with Sellotape. The whole panel was then mounted onto the Crushed Curry card base.

On scrap Very Vanilla card I stamped the large maple leaf in Crushed Curry ink. I added the veins using Early Espresso ink.

The oak leaf was stamped in Wild Wheat ink and the double leaves were stamped in Daffodil Delight ink and the veins added using Early Espresso ink. All the leaves were die cut using the Autumn Leaves dies

The sentiment was stamped in Early Espresso ink onto the small piece of Very Vanilla card which was then die cut using the same set of dies.

I laid the die cut leaves onto the card front, moving them around until I was happy with the position. I then glued then down using either Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive or Mini Glue Dots. The sentiment was added overtop on Dimensionals.
