Ghosted Fragrant Flowers Card – Stamping With Friends Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are share projects using White Craft ink. I have used the ghosting technique with the Fragrant Layers stamp set to make my card.

Colours used to make this card are:

Basic White

Lost Lagoon

Pretty Peacock

I created the ghosted fragrant flowers card using the following supplies:

Pretty Peacock card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Basic White – 5” by 3⅜”
Lost Lagoon – 4⅞” by 3”
Basic White – 2¼” by ⅝”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

I stamped the solid floral image, randomly all over the panel of Lost Lagoon card using White Craft Ink. I added the triple leaf image to fill in the gaps using the same ink and set the panel aside to dry.

I inked the same images with Pretty Peacock ink and stamped over the dried white images, slightly offsetting each image. This gives the ‘ghost’ or ‘shadow’ impression.

The stamped panel was then glued to the smaller Basic White panel and added to the Pretty Peacock card from on Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped on the smallest piece of Basic White card with Pretty Peacock ink before being added to the card front.

Flowers Fair Overlay Card – Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we are working it a dice roll challenge. We are creating projects featuring – neutrals, a fancy fold, a punch or die cut, a trinket and the sentiment ‘for you’.

I created the flowers fair overlay card using the following supplies:

Thick Basic White card base – 5⅞”” by 5⅛ scored on the short-side at 4⅛”
Thick Basic White – 4⅛ by 3⅛”
Basic White – 3¼” by 3”
Seasons of Elegance dsp – 5¾” by ¾”
Seasons of Elegance dsp – 4” by 1¼” x 2
Scrap Basic White

I glued the longer, thinner piece of Season of Elegance designer series paper to the top flap of the card base and the remaining two pieces either side of the inside of the card base and set it aside.

As the Flowers Fair stamp is large, I used a Stamp Positioner to stamp the image onto the 3¼” by 3” piece of Basic White card using Early Espresso ink.

The image was coloured using the following Blends Pens – Gray Granite, Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie. The decorated panel was then glued to the bottom of the Thick Basic White panel measuring 4⅛ by 3⅛”. The top of the panel was then glued in the centre of the top flap on the back.

The sentiment was stamped on scrap Basic White card with Early Espresso and die cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies.

I found a pretty dragonfly charm in my stash and hung it from the back of the sentiment banner with Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine, securing it in position with Tear and Tape.

Embossed Sketch Challenge Card – Ink & Inspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink & Inspirations Blog Hop where we are being inspired by a sketch to create a card. I have used embossing folders as the focus of my design today.

Colours used to make this card are:

I created the Embossed Sketch card using the following supplies:

Pool Party card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Secret Sea – 5⅝” by 3⅞
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” x 2 – one for the inside
Secret Sea – 4⅝” by ⅞” x 3
Berry Burst – 4½” by ¾”
Pool Party – 4½” by ¾”
Fresh Freesia – 4½” by ¾”
Basic White – 2¼” by 2¼”

I began by embossing the 3 strips of coloured card – The Berry Burst strip was embossed with the Lazy Daisy Embossing Folder, The Pool Party strip with the Turtle Textures Embossing Folder and the Fresh Freesia strip with the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder, at an angle.

Each embossed strip was then glued to the strips of Secret Sea card. These were mounted onto one of the Basic White layer with Dimensionals.

I added the larger layer of Secret Sea to the back of the panel and wrapped the whole panel with Black Baker’s Twine. The panel was then adhered to the Pool Party card front.

The sentiment, from the Balloon Festoon stamp set was stamped on the square of Basic White card with Secret Sea ink.

The sentiment was then punched out using a 2” Circle Punch before being mounted onto the card front.

Garden Gathering Card – Stamping With Friends Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are showcasing some of the product from the upcoming May – August 2026 catalogue. I have chosen to make a card using the pretty Garden Gatherings stamp set and co-ordinating dies.

I created the garden gathering card using the following supplies:

Granny Apple Green card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Pretty Peacock – 4⅞” by 3⅛”
Basic White – 4¾” by 3”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Season of Elegance dsp

Using one of the floral images I randomly stamped around all four sides of the Granny Apple Green card base with Granny Apple Green ink.

I die cut a vase using the Garden Gathering dies from a scrap piece of Season of Elegance designer series paper. I placed it in position on the smaller panel of Basic White card and lightly drew around it with a pencil. This will help me to stamp the flowers so that they will appear to be inside the vase.

I stamped two stems with Granny Apple Green ink using the pencil outline of the vase as a guide. The tiny flower clusters were then added with Poppy Parade ink.

The pencil lines were then erased and the die cut vase glued into position. A ‘ground’ image, from the Extraordinary Flora stamp set was then stamped under the vase with Gray Granite ink.

The sentiment was stamped in Granny Apple Green ink, one word at a time using a simple masking technique. The stamped panel was then glued to the Pretty Peacock layer which was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

I used a Poppy Parade Blends Pen to colour in 3 of the Moody Palette Glossy Dots and added them to complete the card.

Greenery Lane One Sheet Wonder – Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where we are sharing one sheet wonders. I have made my cards using the gorgeous Greenery Lane stamp set.

Colours used to make these cards are:

I created the pretty pink floral card using the following supplies:

Basic White card – 10½” by 7”
4 card bases – I chose Basic Beige, Bubble Bath, Pretty Peacock & Night of Navy
4 layer – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – I chose Bubble Bath, Blackberry Bliss, Lost Lagoon, Pretty Peacock
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” x 4 for the inside
Scrap Basic White

I began drawing a light pencil line at the half-way mark in both directions on the large piece of Basic White card. This will help guide my stamping.

Using Basic Beige ink, I stamped the large leafy spray along both pencil lines, changing the angle and direction with each stamping.

I then randomly added the smaller leafy sprig with Pretty Peacock ink and filled in the colour with Lost Lagoon. The smaller open leafy sprig was then stamped all over with Night of Navy ink.

The tiny flowers were then added with Bubble Bath and Blackberry Bliss ink.

I cut the panel down to give me 4 pieces measuring 5¼” by 3½” and glued these to the 4 layers. I added Bubble Bath Ribbon around 3 of the panels before adding them to the card bases with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive or Dimensionals.

I chose sentiments from the Greenery Lane, Reason To Celebrate and Fabulous Sayings stamp set and stamped them directly onto the panel or onto scrap Basic White card which I die cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies.

A trio of Rainbow Dots finished each of the cards.

Leafy Silhouette Card – Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop where we are sharing a project using Blending Brushes. I have chosen to share a simple stamps, ink and paper card made using the Greenery Lane stamp set and some ink blending.

Colours used to make this card are:

Basic White

Coastal Cabana

Secret Sea

I created the Leafy Silhouette card using the following supplies:

Coastal Cabana card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Secret Sea – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Basic White – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White

In the centre of a large scrap panel of Basic White card I die cut a circle using the largest of the circle dies from the Stylish Shapes dies. This was placed over the smaller piece of Basic White card to act as a mask, held in place with washi tape.

I used a Blending Brush to apply Coastal Cabana ink to the negative space, slowly building up the colour. The mask was then removed.

The large leafy spray, from the Greenery Lane stamp set was stamped overlapping the inked circle using Secret Sea ink.

The sentiment was stamped with the same ink in the lower right corner of the decorated panel before the panel was adhered to the Secret Sea layer. The whole piece was added to the Coastal Cabana card front on Dimensionals.

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we have a sketch to give us inspiration today. I have made my card using the Shell Collecting stamp set and So Swirly Embossing Folder.

I created the shell collecting card using the following supplies:

Petunia Pop card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Basic White – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Pretty In Pink – 5½” by 3¾”
Basic White – 3 ¾” by 2⅞”
Petunia Pop – 4⅛” by ⅝”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

I embossed the panel of Pretty In Pink card using the So Swirly Embossing Folder and adhered it to the largest panel of Basic White card. The whole piece was glued to the Petunia Pop card base.

I stamped the seashells on scrap Basic White card using Pretty In Pink, Petunia Pop, Daffodil Delight and Summer Splash inks. These were fussy cut out using sharp scissors.

I placed them on the smaller piece of Basic White card and stamped in the gaps using the same images and ink colours. The fussy cut images were then added on Dimensionals to the panel.

The sentiment, from the Notes of Spring stamp set was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the decorated panel. I flagged the ends of the thin strip of Petunia Popp card, glued it to the back of the decorated panel before adding the whole piece to the card front on Dimensionals.

Lemon Flower Card – Share It Sunday Blog Hop

I created the lemon flower card using the following supplies:

Secret Sea card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Cloud Cover – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White – 5¼” by 3½”
Cloud Cover – 4” by 3”
Lemon Lolly – 3” by 2¾”
Basic White – 2⅞” by 2⅝”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Basic White

I embossed the 5¼” by 3½” piece of Basic White card using the Lovely Stripes Embossing Folder and adhered the embossed panel to the slightly larger layer of Cloud Cover card. The whole piece was then glued to the Secret Sea card base.

Using the Lovely Arrangement Dies I die cut the panel of circles from the small piece of Cloud Cover card and added it to the card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment, from the Simply Said stamp set was stamped onto the piece of Basic White card measuring 2⅞” by 2⅝” with Secret Sea ink, glued it to the small piece of Lemon Lolly card and added it to the die cut panel of circles on the card front.

Shaded Spruce – 4⅝” by 2⅞”

Scrap Basic White and Shaded Spruce

I stamped in the upper left and lower right corners of the Pretty In Pink card front using Pretty In Pink ink.

The same image was then stamped again in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the small panel of Basic White card.

Using washi tape I masked off the buds at the top and bottom of the infill image, inked the image up with Pretty In Pink ink, removed the washi tape and stamped it down. I masked off the large flowers in the same way, inked up the buds with lemon Lolly ink, removed the tape and stamped the colour down.

The flower centres were then stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink and add colour to the leaves using Garden Green or Shaded Spruce ink. The stamped panel was then glued to the Shaded Spruce layer and the whole piece was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped in Gorgeous Grape ink on scrap Basic White card which was die cut using the Spotlight On Nature Dies. Using the Stylish Shapes Dies I die cut a slightly larger circle from scrap Shaded Spruce card and adhered it to the back of the white circle. This was then added to the card front/

Using Secret Sea ink, I randomly stamped the two flowers across the 7⅜” by 3⅜” panel of Basic White card. I added colour to the flowers using the Light and Dark Bubble Bath Blends Pens.

The leaves, from the Fragrant Layers stamp set were added around the flowers with Lost Lagoon ink.

From the decorated panel I cut out the letters BABY using the Party Alphabet Dies, taking care to save all the pieces. The die cut panel was then adhered to the Lost Lagoon layer before it was glued to the Bubble Bath card front.

I die cut 3 more of each letter from scrap Basic White card and glued the 3 letters one on top of the other before adding the decorated letter on the very top.

Each letter was then added into the negative space and the left-over inner pieces of the letters pushed down into the gaps.

The word NEW, from the Reason To Celebrate stamp set was stamped in Secret Sea ink onto the small piece of Lost Lagoon card. This was added to the card front on a Dimensional.

A trio of 2024 – 2026 In Color Flat Pearls were added to complete the card.
