I finished the card with a trio of Holiday Rhinestones and added a dragonfly punched using the Dragonfly Punch from the 2021 – 2023 In Colour Shimmer Vellum.

Pretty card, I hope you like it.

Beautiful coral coloured flowers made into a birthday card using the Art In Bloom stamp set, Bloom Dies & Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder

Art In Bloom card

I have been playing with the beautiful Art In Bloom stamp set and the co-ordinating Bloom Dies and Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder. This is such a clever combo, I loved being able to emboss and die cut all in one go………so clever.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Art In Bloom card, you will need:

Petal Pink card base – 8½” by 5½” – scored on the long side at 4⅛”
Calypso Coral card – 5½” by 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3¾”
Scrap Old Olive and Basic White card

Using the Scalloped Contour Dies and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine I die cut the largest scalloped rectangle from the Calypso Coral card. I then embossed the scalloped rectangle using the Tasteful Textiles Embossing Folder.
I used Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to glue the die cut to the Petal Pink card base.

I stamped the outline trio of flowers image in Calypso Coral ink onto scrap Basic White card. I added the infill colour in Petal Pink ink and die cut and embossed the flowers using the Bloom dies and the hybrid embossing folder. They are gorgeous.
The double leaf image was stamped in Old Olive ink onto scrap Old Olive card. They were die cut using the Bloom Dies.

Using liquid glue, I added one of the flowers to the card front, the second flower was added on Dimensionals. The leaves were then tucked in around the flowers with Liquid Adhesive.
