Hello and welcome to the Stampin Dreams Blog Hop where we are creating with an Easter theme. I have made my Easter tulips card using the Sunshine & Tulips stamp set.
Colours used to make this card are:
I created the Easter tulips card using the following supplies:
Bubble Bath card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Granny Apple Green – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White – 5¼” by 3½”
Mixed Up patterns – 5¼” by ⅜”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾”
I mounted the tulip leaves on the small Stamp Positioner platform, lined it up with the left edge of the smaller panel of Basic White card. I inked the leaves with Granny Apple Green ink. The plate was then moved along and re-inked until a row of tulips leaves appeared.

I repeated this step with the image of the outer tulip petals in alternating Daffodil Delight or Strawberry Slush inks. The Tulip buds were then added with either Lemon Lolly or Bubble Bath ink.

I used the stem from one of the leafy sprigs from the Friendly Foliage stamp set to join the leaves with the flower.

The piece of Mixed Up Patterns dsp was then adhered below the flowers, and a length of Bubble Bath ribbon was wrapped around. The sentiment, from the Reason to Celebrate stamp set was added below the flowers.

The whole panel was then adhered to the Granny Apple Green layer and added to the card front on Dimensionals.

A ribbon bow and a trio of Rainbow Dots finished the card.
