Here is a pretty congratulations card made using the Flowers Fair background stamp.
Colours used to make this card:
I created the Fair Flowers card using the following supplies:
Flirty Flaming card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Secret Sea – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Basic White – 5” by 3¼”
Secret Sea – 4” by ¾”
Lemon Lolly – 3¾” by ⅝”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Using a Stamp Positioner, I stamped the large background stamp on the smaller piece of Basic White card using Secret Sea ink. I moved it along and stamped again to fill up the piece of card.

I used the following Blends Pens to colour in the image – Lemon Lolly, Flirty Flamingo, Soft Sea Foam and Pecan Pie.

The coloured panel was then adhered to the Secret Sea layer which was then mounted onto the Flirty Flamingo card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment, from the Reason To Celebrate stamp set was stamped on the strip of Lemon Lolly card with Secret Sea ink. I flagged the ends and glued it to the strip of Secret Sea card and flagged the ends before adding it to the card front.
