Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on. The peacock and gold Christmas card I am showcasing today was made as an example using the Pine Tree Trimmings stamp set and dies.
Colours used to make this card are:
To recreate the peacock and gold Christmas card, you will need:
Lost Lagoon card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3⅝”
Season of Elegance dsp – 4¾” by 3½” cut in half at 2⅜”
Season of Elegance dsp – 3½” by ½”
Basic White card – 3¾” by 2½”
Lost Lagoon card – 3¼” by 2¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic White card
Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive I glued the three pieces of Season of Elegance designer series paper (dsp) to the Basic White panel measuring 5¼” by 3⅝” with the ½” strip in the middle.

A piece of Gold Striped Mesh Ribbon was wrapped around the panel, secured on the back with Sellotape before it was glued to Lost lagoon card base.

I used a Blending Brush to add Pretty Peacock ink to the small piece of Lost lagoon card. Ink was only added to the left side of the panel. When I had the colour depth I wanted, I stamped the open tree from the Pine Tree Trimmings stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink.

The baubles were stamped across the stamped tree image using Versamark ink. I covered the ink with Gold Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. The image was then die cut using the Pine Tree Trimmings Dies.

A label was die cut from the small piece of Basic White card using the Branching Out Dies. The die cut tree was added to the label on Dimensionals.

The sentiment from the Festive Friends stamp set was stamped on scrap Basic White card using Pretty Peacock ink. I cut the sentiment apart before adding it to the card front.
A ribbon bow and a trio of Gold Shaker Stars completed the card.
Please hop on to see what my fellow crafters have made to share with us today.
