Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are showcasing projects made using paper strips. I have made my card using the Mediterranean Blooms and Country Lace designer series paper (dsp) with the Everyday Arches Dies.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the striped abloom card, you will need:
Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Night of Navy card -5¼” by 4”
Basic White card – 5” by 3¾”
Mediterranean Blooms dsp – ⅜” strips of different lengths
Country Lace dsp – ⅜” strips of different lengths
Night of Navy card – 2” by ⅜”
Scrap Basic White card
I began by applying a piece of Adhesive Sheet to the panel of Basic White card measuring 5” by 3¾”. Starting in the centre I added the strips of dsp, at an angle to the panel, butting the strips up against each other.

When the sheet was fully covered, I used the third largest die from the Everyday Arches to die cut an arch. The next size up die was used to cut an arch from the Night of Navy card. The two arches were then glued together and added to the Thick Basic White card front with glue.

From scrap Basic White card, I die cut and embossed the daisy flower using the Impressions Abloom Dies, I also die cut the leafy spray.

With Night of Navy ink, I stamped the flower centre and added shape to the flower using a Bone Folder. The flower was added to the card front on a Dimensional. I cut the leafy sprig apart and added the leaves on either side of the flower.

The sentiment, from the Loveliest Tree stamp set was stamped in Versamark ink onto the strip of Night of Navy card, covered it with White Embossing Powder which I set with my Heat Tool. I added it to the card front on Dimensionals.

Wow, what a lovely combination of designs and colours! It reminded me of porcelain. I don’t know why, but it did!
I am so happy you liked the card Annette x
