A pretty, floral birthday card made using the Petals of Beauty stamp set and dies with the Beautiful Bokeh dsp from Stampin' Up!

Today’s card was made using the gorgeous Petals of Beauty stamp set and co-ordinating Dies along with the Beautiful Bokeh designer series paper.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the petals of beauty card, you will need:

Berry Burst card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at on the long side at 4⅛”
Beautiful Bokeh dsp – 5⅞” by 2”
Basic White card – 5⅞” by ⅜” x 2
Basic White card – 3¾” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Basic White card

I stamped the small trio of flowers in Berry Burst ink onto the Berry Burst card front in a line an inch from the top and an inch from the bottom.

The strips of Basic White card were adhered to the piece of Beautiful Bokeh dsp, one at the top and the other at the bottom. The whole piece was then glued to the card front.

Using the Spotlight on Nature dies I die cut a decorated Circle from the square of Basic White card. The sentiment, from the Fragrant Layers stamp set was stamped onto the die cut circle in Old Olive ink. The circle was mounted onto the card front using Dimensionals.

On scrap Basic White card, I stamped the outline of the large flower with Berry Burst ink, I added the infill colour using 2^nd generation Calypso Coral ink. I repeated this colour combo for the smaller flower. The flower centres were added with Old Olive ink.

The large solid leaf was stamped with 2^nd generation Old Olive ink and the more detailed portion added with full strength Old Olive ink. All these images were then die cut using the Petals of Beauty Dies. The flowers and leaves were then arranged onto the die cut circle.

A trio of Moody Palette Glossy Dots finished the card.

Paper Pieced Fragrant Layers Card

I have used the Fragrant Layers stamp set and dies, available from the 6^th January 2026, to make a pretty paper pieced, floral card.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the fragrant layers paper pieced card, you will need:

Lemon Lolly card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5” by 3½”
Melon Mambo card – 4½” by 3”
Basic White card – 2⅛” by ½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Lemon Lolly, Timid Tiger & Soft Sea Foam

Using a die from the Textured Notes set of dies I die cut a decorated rectangle from the 5” by 3½” panel of Basic White.

I die cut the floral panel from the panel of Melon Mambo card. I kept the outline piece and discarded all the integral pieces. The whole outline piece was then adhered to decorated rectangle.

I cut the floral panel from scrap Lemon Lolly card, Scrap Soft Sea card and scrap Soft Sea Foam card saving all the pieces.

All the pieces were added to the outline panel using my Take Your Pick Tool, adhering them in place with a little Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The whole panel was added to the Lemon Lolly card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped on the strip of Basic White card using Melon Mambo before being added to the card front.

Baptismal Card – Share It Sunday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Share It Sunday Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on recently. I am sharing the card I made to celebrate a friends recent baptism using the new Petals of Beauty stamp set.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the baptismal card, you will need:

Berry Burst card base – 8 ¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Secret Sea card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Basic White card – 3½” by 2¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

Using Berry Burst ink, I stamped the outline large flower image, twice onto the 5⅛” by 3⅜” piece of Basic White card. The infill colour was added with 2^nd generation Berry Burst ink.

Three smaller flowers were then added, the outline in Gorgeous Grape ink and the infill with 2^nd generation Gorgeous Grape ink. The leafy sprig was the stamped three times with garden Green ink.

The sentiment, from the Layers of Beauty stamp set was stamped in Secret Sea ink along the bottom of the panel which was then glued to the Secret Sea panel and then to the Berry Burst card front.

Using my Paper Trimmer, I cut a cross shape into the 3½” by 2¼” panel of Basic White card. This was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

Cards made for my team swaps using the Fragrant Layers stamp set with some ink blending

Fragrant Layers Card for Team Training

Here is the card designed for my recent team training gathering. I have used the gorgeous Fragrant Layers stamp set which will be available from the 6^th January in the January to April 2026 Mini Catalogue.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the fragrant layers card, you will need:

Strawberry Slush card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” on the long-side
Secret Sea card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Secret Sea card – 2” by ½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

I began by tearing a piece of printer paper from side to side. I placed the torn edges about 1¼” inches apart down the length of the smaller panel of Basic White card and held them in position with a bit of Washi Tape.

Using a Blending Brush I added Daffodil Delight ink to the bottom third of the Basic White panel. I added Timid Tiger next and finished with Strawberry Slush. The printer paper mask was then removed.

The large outline image from the Fragrant Layers stamp set was stamped over the inked strip in Secret Sea ink. I added the single flower image at the top and the double leaf at the bottom to extend the stamped image. The decorated panel was then glued to the Secret Sea layer and then to the Strawberry Slush card front.

The sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink onto the small piece of Secret Sea card. I covered it with White Embossing Powder and set it with my Heat Tool. I added the sentiment to the card front on Dimensionals.

Hello and welcome to the Ink & Inkspirations Blog Hop where we are sharing projects inspired by a Colour Challenge. I love a colour challenge and always try to use all the colour options. Today’s card is made using the Petals of Beauty stamp set.

Colours used to make today’s card are:

To recreate the beautiful petals card, you will need:

Blackberry Bliss card base – 8 ¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Crushed Curry card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Basic White card – 3 ¼” by 1”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside

I stamped the outline large flower image, three times with Crushed Curry ink and added the infill using the solid flower image and 2^nd generation Crushed Curry ink.

Three smaller flowers were added with Cherry Cobbler ink, full strength for the outline and 2^nd generation for the infill. The flower centres were then added with Night of Navy ink.

Next, I stamped the leaf image in Garden Green ink – next time I would stamp it with 2^nd generation ink, and added the detailed image overtop with Mossy Meadow ink.

The trio of small flowers were stamped with full strength and 2^nd generation Blackberry Bliss ink. The stamped panel was then glued to the Crushed Curry layer.

I wrapped a length of White Baker’s Twine was wrapped around the panel before it was mounted onto the Blackberry Bliss card front.

Anniversary Flowers Card

Here is a pretty anniversary card made for a friend using the Gallery Blooms stamp set and Damask Designs Embossing Folder.

Colours used to make this card are:

To recreate the anniversary flowers card, you will need:

Daffodil Delight card base – 8 ¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Secret Sea card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 4⅞” by 3⅛”
Lost lagoon card – 5⅞” by 1”
Basic White card – 5⅞” by ¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”

Using the Damask Designs Embossing Folder | embossed the strip of Lost Lagoon cardstock. The thin strip of Basic White card was then adhered to the right side of the embossed piece before it was adhered to the Daffodil Delight card front. In the right-hand corner of the card front I stamped the large floral image using Daffodil Delight ink.

The sentiment, from the Layers of Beauty stamp set, was stamped in Secret Sea ink in the lower right-hand corner of the 4⅞” by 3⅛” panel of Basic White card.

Using the same ink, I stamped the spray of flowers from the Gallery Blooms stamp set above the sentiment. The image was then coloured using Daffodil Delight and Lost lagoon Blends Pens.

The decorated panel was then glued to the panel of Secret Sea card and a piece of Daffodil Delight ⅛” wide Daffodil Delight Ribbon from my stash was wrapped around the whole panel before it was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

To recreate the pair of vases card, you will need:

Gorgeous Grape card base 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” x 2 – one for the inside
Soft Sea Foam card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 4½” by 3”
Scrap Basic White card

I embossed the panel of Soft Sea Foam card using the Dotted Circles Embossing Folder. The embossed panel was then adhered to one of the large Basic White panels.

A length of Linen Thread was wrapped around the panel, secured on the back with Sellotape before the whole piece was adhered to the Gorgeous Grape card front.

On scrap Basic White card, I stamped the vases, one in Gorgeous Grape and the other in Pecan Pie. The three flowers and butterfly were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the scrap Basic White card, and all the images were die cut using the co-ordinating Pop-up Petals Dies. I used the following Blends Pens to add colour to the image – Highland Heather, Soft Sea Foam & Old Olive.

Using the Textured Notes dies I die cut a decorated rectangle from the 4½” by 3” piece of Basic White card. The vases, flowers and butterfly were then arranged on the die cut rectangle using either liquid adhesive or Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment, having masked off the portion I didn’t want, in Gorgeous Grape ink onto scrap Basic White card. I trimmed it out and added it to the card front.

Pop-up Petals Notecard – Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we are being inspired by a roll of the dice showing ‘In-colors, sponging, birthdays, staple and notecard vertical’. I have chosen to make my note card using the Pop-up Petals stamp set which will be available in my online store from November 2025.

Notecard – 5” by 7” scored at 3½”
Cloud Cover card – 4⅞” by 3⅜”
Basic White card – 4¼” by 3⅛”
Basic White card – 2¼” by ⅜”
Secret Sea card – 2¼” by ⅜”

The panel of Cloud Cover card was embossed using the Damask Designs Embossing Folder. A length of Black Baker’s Twine was wrapped around the embossed layer before the whole piece was adhered to the front of the notecard.

From the 4¼” by 3⅛” piece of Basic White card I die cut a label using the Branching Out Dies.

On the die cut label I stamped the vase in Strawberry Slush ink. The top of the vase was masked off using a Post It note, and the outline bunch of sunflowers stamped with Secret Sea ink. The mask was removed, and the infill petals were stamped with Darling Duckling ink. I added the flower centres using 2^nd generation Secret Sea ink and coloured the leaves with Shy Shamrock Blends Pens.

Using a Blending Brush, I added Cloud Cover ink around all four edges of the die cut label and added it to the card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment, from the Spring Corners stamp set was stamped in Secret Sea Ink onto the small strip of Basic White card. I stapled the stamped sentiment to the strip of Secret Sea card and added it to the card front.

Here is a sweet thank you card featuring a White flower made using the Impressions Abloom stamp set.

To recreate the white flower card, you will need:

Cloud Cover card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White Card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Kintsugi Inspirations dsp – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Basic White card, Cloud Cover card and Kintsugi Inspirations dsp

The piece of Kintsugi Inspirations designer series paper was glued to the 5⅛” by 3⅜” piece of Basic White card. The panel was then glued to the Cloud Cover card base.

I die cut 2 leafy sprigs from the scrap Basic White card and added them to the card front, tucking them underneath the flower.

A trio of tiny flowers were die cut from scrap Cloud Cover and these were added around the large flower. An Iridescent Pearl was added to the centre of each tiny flower.

Here is a really, pretty card made using the Impressions Abloom stamp set and dies and all the Regals colour family.

To recreate the regal bouquet card, you will need:

Blueberry Bushel card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 2½” by 1”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White. Garden Green & Old Olive card

On scrap Basic White card, I stamped the largest flower, the detailed image in full strength (1^st generation) Cherry Cobbler and the solid image in stamped off (2^nd generation) Cherry Cobbler. The second large flower was stamped in full strength Blueberry Bushel and the solid image in stamped off Blueberry Bushel.

The daisies were stamped in 1^st generation Cherry Cobbler and 2^nd generation Cherry Cobbler. The second flower was stamped in 1^st generation Crushed Curry and 2^nd generation Crushed Curry and the final flower in 1st generation Cajun Craze and 2^nd generation Crushed Curry ink.

I stamped the smallest flower in 1^st generation Blueberry Bushel and the solid image in 2^nd generation Blueberry Bushel ink. The second flower was stamped in in 1^st generation Gorgeous Grape and the solid image in 2^nd generation Gorgeous Grape ink. All the flowers were die cut using the Impressions Abloom Dies.

Detailed leaves were stamped in Pretty Peacock and Garden Green. The solid leaf was stamped in Old Olive ink.

From scrap Old Olive and Garden Green card I die cut a selection of stems and adhered the die cut flowers to the stems before placing them in position on the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card. The blooms were then added to the panel with Dimensionals. The whole panel was adhered to the Blueberry Bushel card front.
