banner 1 – 1

Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are sharing a recent project. I am sharing a card made using the Sweetly sentimental stamp set and Hot Foil Dies.

Colours used when making this card are:

I created the sentimental rose card using the following supplies:

Peaceful Pine card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” x 2 – one for the inside
Violet Dreams dsp – 3⅝” by 2½”
Berry Burst – 3⅝” by ⅛”
Berry Burst – 4⅞” by 3”
Basic White – 4¾” by 2⅞”
Scrap Secret Sea

The piece of Violet Dreams dsp was glued to the left-hand side of one of the 5½” by 3¾” pieces of Basic White card. The thin strip of Berry Burst card was then glued to the right-hand edge of the dsp and the whole panel was adhered to the Peaceful Pine card front.

I used the 2-step stamping technique and Berry Burst ink to add colour to all the flowers and Peaceful Pine ink to the colour to the leaves. The whole panel was then mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.
