I have used the bee image from the Flourish & Frames stamp set along with the Swiss Dots Hot Foil Dies to make this card.

Colours used to make this card are:

 

I created the golden bees card using the following supplies:

Golden Glow card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Basic White – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Basic Black – 5½” by 3¾”
Basic White – 3¾” by 1⅞”
Gold Foil – 3 ¾” by ⅜” x 2
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Basic Black

 

Using the Hot Foil System I added small gold dots to the large panel of Basic Black card and adhered it to the 5⅝” by 3⅞” piece of Basic White card. This was then glued to the Golden Glow card base.

 

I stamped the bees onto the strip of Basic White card using Black ink.

 

The bees were coloured using the Golden Glow Shimmer Pen on the body and the Wink of Stella on the wings. The strips of Gold Foil were then glued to the top and bottom of the stamped panel before it was mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.

 

The sentiment was hot foiled in gold onto scrap Basic Black card, die cut and added to the card front.

 

A trio of Gold Adhesive-backed Dots finished the card.
