True Blue Floral Card – Stamping With Friends Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are sharing projects inspired by a Tic Tac Toe board. I have chosen the bottom line – Patterned Paper, Floral, Gems of Sequins to make my card using the pretty True Blue dsp.

 

Colours used to make this card are:

 

To recreate the true blue floral card, you will need:

Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
True Blue dsp – 5½” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 3¾” by 3¾”
Scrap True Blue dsp

 

The panel of True Blue dsp was adhered to the Thick Basic White card base.

Using the Spotlight on Nature dies, I die cut a decorated circle from the square of Basic White card.

Onto the die cut circle I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set using Night of Navy ink. The die cut circle was then mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.

Using sharp scissors, I fussy cut some flowers and leaves from a sheet of True Blue dsp and adhered them to the die cut circle.
