Welcome to the Team for the Share it Sunday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Share it Sunday Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on recently. I have chosen to share a couple of the cards made to welcome new team members using the beautiful Blessings of Home stamp set.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the welcome to the team card, you will need:

Soft Succulent or Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Polished Pink or Soft Succulent card – 5⅛” by 3⅝” – rounded upper left corner
2021 – 2023 In Color dsp – 5” by 3¼” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 4½” by 3¼”
Scrap Basic White card

I used Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to glue the 2021 – 2023 In Color dsp panel to either the Soft Succulent or Polished Pink piece.

A length of Open Weave Ribbon, in either Polished Pink or Soft Succulent,  was wrapped around the panel, secured on the back with Sellotape and the panel was then added to the Soft Succulent or Thick Basic White card base using the same liquid glue.

Using the Stitched So Sweetly dies I cut a scalloped stitched rectangle from the panel of Basic White card.

I stamped the sentiment, from the Stamping Your Way to the Top stamp set onto the panel in Soft Succulent ink and added the panel to the card front on Dimensionals.

I used the following Blends Pends to colour in the image – Polished Pink, Pale Papaya, So Saffron and Soft Succulent. This gorgeous stamp set will be available in the January – June Mini Catalogue from the 4th January 2022. I used the co-ordinating Flowers of Home stamp set to die cut the spay and added it to the card front on Dimensionals.

I added a bow from the same Open Weave Ribbon and a trio of 2021 – 2023 In Color Jewels to complete the cards.
