A Merry Hello

Today I am showcasing the Trimming the Town designer series paper (dsp) along with the A Merry Hello stamp set. This is one of the dsp packs in our current 15% sale and it is amazing.

To Recreate the A Merry Hello card you will need:

Thick Whisper White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored and folded at 4⅛”
Misty Moonlight – 3¾” by 2½”
Whisper White – 3½” by 2¼”
DSP – 5 ¾” by 4”
DSP – 4” by ½” strip
DSP – 5½” by ½” strip

Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive I glued the large piece of dsp to the Thick Whisper White card base. Using the same glue I added the 2 dsp strips to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the A Merry Hello stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and the bottom of the Whisper White panel. Stamping the sentiment first helps with placement when stamping the sweet little stockings.

Using the same black ink I stamped the trio of stockings twice across the panel. I found them really easy to line up.

I used the following Blends Markers to colour in the stockings – Poppy Parade, Old Olive and Misty Moonlight. Love these colours together, don’t you?

The decorated panel was glued to the Misty Moonlight panel with the liquid glue. The whole panel was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.

I added to trio of All the Trimmings embellishments to complete the card. Here is another colour version using the same Trimming the Town dsp.
