Artisan Flowers Card

I have kept this card really simple and used the gorgeous Artisan Sketched Garden designer series paper (dsp) to make a pretty, floral congratulations card.

Colours used in this card are:

I created the artisan flowers card using the following supplies:

Barely Blush card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Basic White – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Artisan Sketched Garden dsp – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White – 4⅛” by 2¼”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside

From the 4⅛” by 2¼” panel of Basic White I die cut a label using the Nested Essentials dies.

I mounted the sentiment, from the Reason to Celebrate stamp set onto my Stamp Positioner plate, inked it up with the Black Hybrid ink and stamped it onto the die cut label. I used the positioner in case I needed to stamp it multiple times. I then set it aside to dry which took quite a while.

Using the Barely Blush Blends Pens, I coloured in the larger flowers on my chosen piece of Artisan Sketched Garden dsp. The soft pastel colour looks dramatic against the black background.

The leaves were then coloured with the Soft Sea Foam Blends Pens. I left the tiny flowers white.

The coloured panel was then adhered to the 5⅜” by 3⅝” panel of Basic White card before being added to the Barely Blush card base on Dimensionals.

When dry, the sentiment label was glued to the card front and a trio of 2026 – 2028 In Color Dots added to complete the card.
