Flowering Greenhouse for the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop where we have a sketch challenge. Love a sketch challenge as they often push me out of my comfort zone. I have made a flowering greenhouse card which I hope you will like.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the flowering greenhouse card, you will need:

Balmy Blue card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 4” by 3”
Old Olive card – 4 ½” by 1” x 2
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Scrap Basic White card

Using Balmy Blue ink, I stamped one of the leafy images down the right side of the Balmy Blue card base and set it to one side.

Using Versamark ink, I stamped the greenhouse over the stamped panel, covered the ink with Silver Embossing Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool. Balmy Blue ink was added to the background using a Blending Brush.

Using one of the Basic Borders Dies and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine I die cut a stitched zigzag border from the 2 strips of Old Olive card and added them to the top and bottom of the inked panel using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The panel was the added to the card front on Dimensionals.

  1. I dont get this bundle at all. the flowers are way out of proportionl to the building, so the building is totally irrelevant. Proves demonstrators will go for anything just because Stampin Up put it in the catalog.
