Happy Easter card

Today, I am sharing another happy Easter card made using the gorgeous Easter Lilies stamp set and co-ordinating Dies.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the happy Easter card, you will need:

Soft Sea Foam card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic Black card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Lighter Than Air dsp – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 3¾” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White card

I glued the panel of Lighter Than Air dsp to the piece of Basic Black card. This piece was then adhered to the Soft Sea Foam card base.

Using the Everyday Details Dies, I die cut a circle form the square of Basic White card. I used a sentiment from the Throughout the Year stamp set. I masked off the word EASTER and stamped ‘Happy’ in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the die cut circle. The circle was then mounted onto the card front on Dimensionals.

The large flower and the opening flower images from the Easter Lilies stamp set were stamped on scrap Basic White card in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. On the same scrap card I stamped the large palm leaf. All the images were die cut using the Easter Lilies Dies.

I glued the leaf to the die cut circle using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The large flower was added with Mini Glue Dots and the opening flower was tucked in behind.

The word EASTER was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto scrap Basic White card. I trimmed out the word using sharp Scissors and added it to the card front. A trio of Blooming Pearls completed the card.
