Lemon Floral card – Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop where we are sharing projects showcasing colouring with Blends. I have used the Enduring Beauty stamp set to use my lemon floral card.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the lemon floral card, you will need:

Old Olive card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Sunny Days dsp – 5¼” by 3¾”
Old Olive card – 4⅞” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5¼ ” by 3¾”
Old Olive card – 2⅞” by ½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside

Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive I glued the panel of Sunny Days dsp to the Old Olive card front.

The large floral image from the Enduring Beauty stamp set was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the 5¼ ” by 3¾” piece of Basic White card.

Using the following Blends Pens I coloured in the image – Lemon Lolly, Daffodil Delight, Soft Sea Foam & Old Olive.

The coloured panel was then die cut using the Deckled Rectangle Dies. I glued the deckled rectangle to the piece of Old Olive card and added it to the card front on Dimensionals.

A small piece of Tear & Tape was used to adhere the Gold Ribbon to the card front.

The sentiment, from the Artistically inked stamp set was stamped in Versamark ink onto the strip of Old Olive card. I covered it with White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I added it over the ribbon with Mini Glue Dots
