Paradise Birthday card

Hello and Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where we are sharing celebration projects and I have made a pretty paradise birthday card to share today.

Colours used in this project are:

 To recreate the paradise birthday card, you will need:

Coastal Cabana card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Early Espresso card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾”
Scrap Basic White and Early Espresso

 

I stamped the sky using Balmy Blue ink and the sea with Coastal Cabana ink.

The ground was stamped in early Espresso ink and Sahara Sand ink. I stamped the grasses in Evening Evergreen ink.

The tree trunks were stamped in Early Espresso ink and the palm leaves added in Garden Green ink with a little Evening Evergreen ink added to the centre with a Dauber.

The boulders were stamped on scrap Basic White card In Sahara Sand ink and fussy cut out using Paper Snips. They were added to the bottom of the trees with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

The sentiment from the Paradise Palms stamp set was stamped in Early Espresso ink onto the scrap Basic White card. I flagged the end and backed it with a piece of Early Espresso card. I added it to the card front with liquid glue.
