Pastel Medallions for the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share. Blog Hop where we are sharing projects made using a favourite colour combo using 3 colours plus white and a neutral. I have chosen to make a pretty pastel medallion card.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the pastel medallion card, you will need:

Pool Party card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛” – rounded upper left corner
Basic Gray card – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – rounded upper left corner
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” – rounded upper left corner
Basic Gray card – 3½” by 1½”
Basic White card – 3” by 1 “
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner – for the inside

The Pretty Medallion image was stamped in Basic Gray ink randomly over the 5⅜” by 3⅝” panel of Basic Gray.

The coloured panel was then added to the Basic Gray layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I wrapped a length of Pool Party sheer ribbon around the panel, securing it on the back with Sellotape. The panel was then added on Dimensionals to the Pool Party card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Inspired Thoughts stamp set was stamped on the small strip of Basic White card in Basic Gray ink. It was die cut using the Rectangle Stitched Dies. I die cut a slightly large stitched rectangle from the Basic Gray strip. The were glued together with liquid glue. I added it to the card front on Dimensionals.
