Queen Anne’s Lace thank you card

Today I am using the Queen Anne’s Lace stamp set to make a pretty thank you card. Sadly this beautiful stamp set is on the retiring list and is definitely one to grab if you can. The images are so delicate and pretty.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the Queen Anne’s lace card, you will need:

Bermuda Bay card base – 8¼” by 5⅝” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper right corner
Basic Gray card – 4⅞” by 3⅛” – rounded upper right corner
Basic White card – 4¾” by 3” – rounded upper right corner
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper right corner
Scrap Basic White card

Using the floral image, I randomly stamped all over the Bermuda Bay card front with Bermuda Bay ink.

I inked up the larger rectangle stamp from the Watercolor Shapes stamp set in Pool Party ink. I then rolled the edges around on a Bermuda Bay ink pad, this is known as the rock ‘n roll technique. I then stamped the image onto the smaller panel of Basic White card.

The Queen Anne’s Lace stem and flower image was then stamped in Basic Gray ink. The panel was glued to the Basic Gray panel.

I wrapped a piece of Pool Party Sheer Ribbon around the panel before adding it to the Bermuda Bay card base on Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped in Bermuda Bay ink onto scrap Basic White card and trimmed out with scissors before it was added to the card front.

I added a bow and a trio of Iridescent Rhinestones to finish the card.

So pretty, I hope you like it
