House In The Woods Card – Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share. Blog Hop where we are sharing projects using something from the September – December catalogue. I have made my card using the Welcome Noel stamp set and dies.

Colours used to make this card are:

I created the house in the woods card using the following supplies:

Shaded Spruce card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” on the long side
Lemon Lolly – 3⅝” by 3⅛”
Blueberry Bushel – 3½” by 3”
Basic White – 3⅜” by 2⅞”
Basic White – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White

Using the small tree image, I randomly stamped all over the Shaded Spruce card from with second generation Shaded Spruce ink.

Using a Blending Brush I added Blueberry Bushel ink to the top three quarters of the small Basic White panel.

The large and small trees were then stamped with Shaded Spruce ink, first and second generation. The stamped layer was then adhered to the Berry Burst panel and then to the Lemon Lolly panel. Finally, the whole piece was then adhered to the card front.

I stamped the largest house with Blueberry Bushel ink onto scrap Basic White card and die cut it using the co-ordinating dies. A little ‘light’ was added to the windows with a Light Lemon Lolly Blends Pen. The house was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

The sentiment from the Cutest Crew stamp set was stamped on scrap Basic White card with Blueberry Bushel ink. I trimmed down the sentiment and added it to the card front.
