Daisy Anniversary card

I shared a card on the 20th May 2023, made using the lovely Cheerful Daisies bundle and I loved it so much that I am recreating it again today as an anniversary card using different colour and a different embossing folder.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the daisy card, you will need:

Bubble Bath card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Pebbled Path card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Bubble Bath card – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White, Bubble Bath and Pebbled Path card

I ran the panel of Bubble Bath card through the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Twisted Rope 3D Embossing Folder and using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, glued it to the Pebbled Path panel.

A length of Black & White Gingham Ribbon was wrapped around the panel, secured on the back with Seal+ before it was glued to the Bubble Bath card base.

I die cut the trio of daisies from scrap Basic White card and cut the flowers apart using sharp scissors. I die cut the base layer of the daisy from Pebbled Path card and the detailed flower from scrap Basic White card. I also stamped the flower centre in Moody Mauve ink onto scrap Bubble Bath card and die cut it out.

A Blending Brush was used to add Moody Mauve ink to the centre of both white flower layers and to the flower centre. A Dimensional behind the flower centre held the two delicate flower layers together and a little liquid glue added them to the Pebbled Path layer. The whole piece was added to the card front. The leaves were tucked in behind the flower.

The sentiment, from the Love For You stamp set, was stamped in Pebbled Path ink onto scrap Basic White card and trimmed out with Scissors. It was added to the card front using liquid glue

A Black and White Gingham Ribbon bow and a trio of Classic Matte Dots complete the card. I hope you like it.
