Daisy Tic Tac Toe card for a team Challenge

Today I am sharing a card made for a team challenge inspired by a Tic Tac Toe board. I have chosen to use the right hand, vertical column – DSP, Ink Blending, Birthday combined with the Masterfully Made dsp and Cheerful Daisies Dies.

Colours in this project are:

To recreate the daisy, tic tac toe card, you will need:

Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – rounded upper left corner
Masterfully Made dsp – 5½” by 3¾” – rounded upper left corner
Masterfully Made dsp – 5¼” by 3½” – rounded upper left corner
Scrap Basic White card

Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I glued the larger piece to Masterfully Made dsp to the Thick Basic White card base. The smaller piece of dsp was added overtop using the same liquid glue.

The gorgeous daisy was die cut from scrap Basic White card using the Cheerful Daisies Dies. I also die cut a couple of sprigs from the same scrap card.

Berry Burst ink was used to stamp the daisy centre and die cut it using the same set of dies.

A Blending Brush was used to apply Berry Burst ink to 2 parts of the flower and to the flower centre.

I assembled the daisy using liquid glue and added it to the card front on Dimensionals. The sprigs were tucked behind.

The sentiment, from the Best Family Ever was stamped in Pretty Peacock ink onto scrap Basic White card. I trimmed it out with Scissors and added it to the card front.

Such a pretty card. I hope you like it.

  1. I was inspired by your tic toc toe challenge and created my own. Have sent it to my downline team, my adopted upline team and attempted to post it on Demonstrator planning place. Still pending on that one. I did my own challenge and ended up with a gift-e-lope with fussy cut out carousel horse and fussy cut out saddle and the envelope was from the bright and beautiful cards and envelopes. Thank you for your inspiration.
