Golden Poinsettia

Today I am sharing a striking golden Poinsettia card made using the Poinsettia Petals stamp set and Poinsettia dies bundle.

To recreate the Golden Poinsettia card you will need:

Bumblebee card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded upper right corner
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded upper right corner x 2
In Good Taste dsp – 5¼” by 3½” – Rounded upper right corner
Scrap WW

I glued the dsp panel to one of the Whisper White panels using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, then glued the panel to the Bumblebee card front.

Using the Poinsettia Dies and Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine I die cut the large, medium and small poinsettia’s and embossed the veining on each leaf.

I used the liquid glue to adhere the three petal layers together to form the poinsettia flower.

Using a ½” Circle punch I cut a circle from scrap Early Espresso card and added it in the centre of the flower. A faceted gem was added to the centre of the flower.

The sentiment was stamped in Early Espresso ink onto a scrap strip of White card and flagged the end.

Isn’t that flower gorgeous, such a pretty card. I hope you like it
