Pastel Stacked Milkshakes card

I have made a pastel stacked milkshake card today using the Share a Milkshake stamp set and Dies.

Colours used in this card are:

To recreate the pastel stacked milkshake card, you will need:

Balmy Blue card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Pale Papaya card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White & Pale Papaya card

The sentiment was stamped in the lower right corner of the smaller panel of Basic White card in Calypso Coral ink.

Using a Blending Brush, I swirled some Balmy Blue ink onto the centre of the same Basic White panel before gluing the panel to the layer of Pale Papaya card. The whole piece was then glued to the Balmy Blue card front.

I stamped the solid milkshake glass in 2nd generation Calypso Coral ink onto scrap Basic White card and added the detail glass overtop in full strength Calypso Coral ink.

The ice-creams were stamped on scrap Basic White card using 2nd generation Flirty Flamingo ink, 2nd generation Balmy Blue ink and full-strength Pale Papaya ink. I used the Share a Milkshake Dies to die cut the glass and ice-creams out.

I also die cut a background ‘net’ piece from scrap Pale Papaya ink and cut it down the middle to give 2 smaller pieces.

Dimensionals were then added to the back of the glass and placed it onto the card front, tucking in the net pieces which were held in place by the Dimensionals.

The Ice-cream pieces were then added above on Dimensionals and a scattering of Fine Sparkle Gems completed the card.
